Objective:To investigate the correlation between plasma ERK5/CREB protein expression levels,NT-pro BNP and cardiac functional classification in patients with chronic heart failure.Method:30 patients with chronic heart failure were selected from the department of cardiology of the second affiliated hospital of the University of South China, and 10 cases healthy volunteers were selected in this study.Patients with chronic heart failure and heart function classification according to NYHA standards are divided into grade II heart function, heart function III grade, heart function IV grade.General situation,echocardi-ographic indexes, serum NT-pro BNP,plasma ERK5/CREB were be detect-ed.To clarify the relation between plasma ERK5/CREB and cardiac functi-on,and to explore the relationship between different factors and the plasma ERK5/CREB.Result:1.Compared with the normal control group, the plasma P-ERK5 reduced with the deterioration of cardiac function which was significantly, but the plasma P-CREB showed the opposite way and the significant between different cardiac functional groups was more obvious(P < 0.05).No significant difference showed between those groups on plasma ERK5 and plasma CREB(P>0.05).2.Plasma P-ERK5 expression with chronic heart failure patients with the deterioration of cardiac function showed a downward trend, and with LVEF,LVFS,E/A showed a strong positive correlation, and NT-pro BNP showed a strong negative correlation(P < 0.05).3.Plasma P-CREB expression with chronic heart failure patients with the deterioration of cardiac function showed a increasing trend, and with LVEF,LVFS,E/A showed a strong negative correlation, and NT-pro BNP showed a strong positive correlation(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of plasma ERK5/CREB in patients with chronic heart failure are closely related to echocardiography and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure, indicating that these two genes are involved in the progression of chronic heart failure.2.Plasma ERK5/CREB in patients with chronic heart failure has the same trend as heart function,it suggests that downstream factors of ERK5/CREB should be associated with chronic heart failure.3.The expression level of plasma ERK5/CREB in patients with chronic heart failure decreased/increased gradually with the deterioration of cardiac function, the correlation properties of P-ERK5 levels seem to have potential myocardial protective effects, and P-CREB levels seem to have potential myocardial damage effects, but the specific mechanism needs further research.
