Objective:1.TostudytheexpressionofvimentinandKi-67 as immunohistochemistry markers in renal cell carcinoma and adjacent tissue, and to analyze their roles and relationship between different clinical stage and pathological grade, and explore the application of combined immunohistochemistry in the differential diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.2.To analyze the positive expression rates of vimentin and Ki-67 in different pathological parameters of renal cell carcinoma, and to explore the possibility of using both of them to evaluate the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.Methods:1.The clinical data of 133 patients who underwent surgical operation from January 2016 to June 2017 were reviewed. The procedure was posterior retroperitoneoscope radical resection of the kidney or partial retroperitoneoscope partial nephrectomy.Tumor pathologic specimens were diagnosed by the senior physician of pathology department, including 106 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma,9 cases of renal chromophobe cell carcinoma,5 cases of renal papillary carcinoma,4cases of renal eosinophilic adenoma,3 cases of renal capsule 7 cases of myxoid tubules and spindle cell carcinoma,5 cases of refractory renal cell carcinoma patients with clinical data,by immunohistochemical staining of renal tissue sections of the immunohistochemical staining, while observing vimentin and Ki-67 in different tissues and types of renal cell carcinoma and their relationship with the clinical stage, pathological grade and prognosis of the correlation analysis.2.The correlation between vimentin and Ki-67 expression in renal and paracancerous tissues and the correlation between vimentin and Ki-67 and different pathological parameters of renal cell carcinoma were analyzed statistically. All the data were analyzed byc~2 texts and SPSS19.0 software, differences with P<0.05 were considered as significant.Results:1.The positive expression rates of Ki-67 in renal cell carcinoma is82.7%,but not in normal renal tissues, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in renal cell carcinoma is 61.7%,but not in adjacent normal renal tissues, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The expression of vimentin and Ki-67 is significantly correlated with the clinical stage, pathological grade and tumor size of renal cell carcinoma(P<0.05),but not with the gender, age and tumor location(P>0.05).Vimentin and Ki-67 are all highly expressed in renal cell carcinoma, and there is a positive correlation between them(r=0.459,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The positive expression rates of vimentin and Ki-67 in renal cell carcinoma is higher than those in adjacent normal renal tissues, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)in renal and adjacent normal renal tissues, suggesting that vimentin and Ki-67 expression and the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma.2.The expression of vimentin and Ki-67 are different in different pathological grades and staging of renal clear cell carcinoma. The expression rate of vimentin and Ki-67 increased with the increase of pathological grade and staging, and there is a significant correlation(P<0.05).Gender,tumor location is not correlated(P>0.05),which can determine the prognosis of patients with renal cancer and therapy adjuvant early.3.There is a positive correlation between the expression of vimentin and Ki-67 in renal clear cell carcinoma. The abnormal expression of both may play a synergistic role in the development of renal cell carcinoma. The combined examination may have a certain significance in judging the prognosis of patients with renal cell carcinoma and the new target of future targeted therapy.
