Male genital disease is one of the common diseases in children.Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are essential for the normal development and mental health of male children.Influenced by traditional culture,and the consciousness of health examination is weak,in daily life,the external genitalia diseases are often not taken seriously by parents in the male of preschool children,which was found in puberty or after marriage.To better understand the development and current situation of male children's genitals,From March 2015 to June 2015,a total of 5046 male children of 3 to 6 years old were examined in the kindergartens in Zhu Zhou city,the statistical results was conducted to provide evidence for the health care and intervention treatment of male genitals,so as to better promote the healthy growth of boys.Objective: To investigate the condition of the genitals disease of 3 ~ 6-year-old boys,and provide reference for the health care and disease intervention treatment in Zhu Zhou city.Methods: Stratified group sampling was used in Zhuzhou urban area according to the high,middle and low three levels of kindergarten tuition.25 kindergartens were randomly selected in each layer,and then andomly selected 1 classes of boys,including large,middle and small from the kindergartens,we selected 5046 boys of 3~6-year-old in the kindergartens as the research object,the boy's genitalia development situation and disease was examined,the results was statistical analysis;The parents of children were followed up,according to the education degree,the results was analysis that made of the parents' understanding of the health status of boys' genitals.Results: We Collected 5046 boys of 3 ~ 6 years in the kindergarten in the Zhu Zhou city,redundant prepuce has 267 cases(21.27%)which are 3~ year-old boy,phimosis has 627 cases(49.96%),penis with appearance short has 64 cases(5.10%),there were 8 cases(0.63%)of inguinal hernia,9 cases of scabbard effusion(0.72%);redundant prepuce has 348 cases(27.29%)which are 4 ~ year-old boy,phimosis has 571 cases(44.78%),penis with appearance short has 52 cases(4.08%),there were 7 cases(0.55%)of inguinal hernia,8 cases of scabbard effusion(0.63%);Among the 5~ year-old boys,redundant prepuce has 451 cases(35.65%),phimosis has 455 cases(35.97%),penis with appearance short has 35 cases(2.77%),there were 9 cases(0.71%)of inguinal hernia,7 cases of scabbard effusion(0.55%);redundant prepuce has 481 cases(38.45%)which are 6~ year-old boy,phimosis has366 cases(29.26%),penis with appearance short has 36 cases(2.88%),there were 7 cases(0.56%)of inguinal hernia,4 cases of scabbard effusion(0.32%),In addition,16 cases of cryptorchidism(0.32%)and 3 cases of hypospadias(0.06%)were found.Conclusion: Redundant prepuce and phimosis are the most common external genital diseases that occur in 3 ~ 6-year-old boys in Zhu Zhou city with the data analysis,and the occurrence of redundant prepuce in Zhu Zhou city was 30.66%,phimosis(40.01%),there was no significant correlation between the level of knowledge of the grades of kindergarten.The development of genitalia of boys are not related to the parents' economic status.More than 75 percent of the parents had no understanding of the boys' reproductive health,and there was no significant correlation between the level of knowledge of the boys' reproductive health and the degree of their parents' education.
