?Objective?Retrospective analysis of the clinical efficacy of acute cerebral infarction Solitaire AB stent thrombectomy.?Method?Twenty-five patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with Solitaire-AB stent from February 2017 to February 2018 in The First Affiliated Hopital of University of South China were selected, the 25 patients met the criteria for arterial thrombectomy and collected basic patient information including name, gender, age, hospital number, length of stay,Cerebrovascular disease risk factors(including hypertension, valvular heart disease, atrial fibrillation,Blood lipid metabolic abnormalities,smoking,etc.).High-risk factors of cerebrovascular disease): patient's post-mortem hospital stay, admission to femoral artery puncture time,puncture-vessel opening time,NIHSS score,GCS score,m RS score after onset of the patient, immediate NIHSS score,GCS score, postoperative Three-day NIHSS score,GCS score, postoperative NIHSS score,GCS score,m RS score, postoperative complications(intracranial hemorrhage, pulmonary infection, cerebral palsy). The data collected were statistically analyzed using paired t test in the group, and the differences between the indicators before and after surgery were statistically significant.?Result?1.Of the 25 patients,9 were female,16 were male,3 were internal carotid artery occlusion,14 were middle cerebral artery occlusion, and 8 were basilar artery occlusion.Preoperative NIHSS scores were 14-27(average 19.26±3.49),GCS scores 4-12(average 8.39±1.83),and m RS scores 3-5(average 4.04±0.71).2.Twenty-five patients had good postoperative and postoperative outcomes(m RS score,2 points),poor prognosis,4(2 < m RS,6),and 2 patients died after surgery.3.The NIHSS scores before operation,3 days after operation, and 1 month after operation were significantly different(P<0.05).The preoperative GCS score and postoperative, postoperative 3 days, postoperative 1 month GCS The scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between preoperative m RS scores and postoperative one-month m RS scores(P<0.05).?Conclusion?The use of Solitaire-AB stent thrombectomy in patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the vascular recanalization rate and improve early and long-term neurological function.
