Objective:To explore the optimal stimulus parameter scheme of rTMS for the treatment of dysphagia after stroke, and in order to promote the recovery of dysphagia. To study the effect of dysphagia on nutrition and SLWS.Methods:Dysphagia after stroke patients were randomly divided into4 groups:the control group?low-frequency stimulation group?highfrequency stimulation group ? low-and high-frequency stimulation group. All patients were all treated with diet management ? routine swallowing training, and different rTMS stimulus parameter scheme(Sham-treated?1Hz?5Hz?1Hz+5Hz).The therapy will be five days a week, totally two weeks. All patients were recorded hemoglobin and albumin, and evaluated by Watian drinking water test,Rosenbek penetration-aspiration scale,SSA at pre-and post-treatment.After the treatment, the four groups were investigated with the life satisfaction scale.Besides, all were evaluated by SWLS.Results:1.Scores of Watian drinking water test,Rosenbek penetration-aspiration scale,SSA in 4 groups after treatment were improved significantly than before(P < 0.05).3 treatment groups wasimproved significantly than control group in scores of Watian drinking water test and SSA(P < 0.05)after treatment. The low-frequency group and low-and high-frequency group showed improvement in Rosenbek penetration-aspiration scale than control group(P< 0.05).Moreover,The low-and high-frequency group improved significantlly in all test.2.3treatment groups showed improvemen than before(P < 0.05),but the control groups did not change(P>0.05)in albumin(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference in hemoglobin(P>0.05).3.All was no statistical difference between the four groups in SWLS(P >0.05).However,3treatment groups was higher than control group in the percent degree of satisfaction.Conclusions:1.There low-and high-frequency stimulation had the most significant effect for dysphagia after stroke.2.Albumin may be higher than before therapy by rTMS,but hemoglobin is not improved.3.RTMS treatment may be improve in SWLS.
