Research On Control Of Medical Process Quality Based On Core Evaluation Index

Research BackgroundThe quality of medical procedures is an important part of the medical quality system.The quality of medical process control cannot be separated from the norms of the core evaluation indicators of medical process quality.The core evaluation indicators of medical process quality also in turn affect the quality of the medical process.In this context,this study is based on the core evaluation indicators of medical process quality and conducts research on quality control of medical processes.Research ObjectiveThis study aims to analyze the indicators for evaluating the quality of medical procedures and establish a scientific and feasible core evaluation index system for medical process quality.Under the investigation and research and business process analysis,the key business,key ring nodes,and management and control methods for managing and controlling core evaluation indicators are discussed,and a medical process quality control model is constructed.Research MethodsThe research methods adopted in this study include literature research method,expert interview method,field investigation method,IDEF modeling method,and closed-loop feedback control method.Research Contents(1)Construction of core evaluation index system for medical process quality.Through the literature research method,field investigation method and expert interview method,the core evaluation indicators of medical process quality are selected and the evaluation dimensions are determined.(2)Verification of the core evaluation index system for medical process quality.Combined with the index data of the surveyed hospitals from 2006 to 2016,the accuracy and feasibility of core evaluation indicators were verified by TOPSIS entropy method.(3)Identify and manage the key businesses that govern core evaluation indicators,summarize and summarize the key business nodes under the analysis of business processes,and explore the corresponding management and control methods.(4)Construction of medical process quality control model.According to different management methods and key ring nodes of key business,corresponding medical process quality control model is constructed.Research Results(1)Eighteen core evaluation indicators of medical process quality under the five evaluation dimensions of workload,treatment efficiency,diagnostic quality,treatment quality,and management quality were selected and verified by TOPSIS entropy method.(2)Determined seven key businesses that govern the core indicators of medical process quality.They are summarized as four types of process business types,rules business types,data business types,and complex business types.Process improvement methods,rule warning methods,and data monitoring are used respectively.Laws,system upgrades are controlled.(3)Under the principle of constructing a medical process quality control model,the design logic architecture,information technology architecture,and information network architecture of the model are overall constructed,and the medical process quality business control model and the medical process quality data management and control model are constructed in detail.Research Conclusion(1)Through field investigation,expert interviews and TOPSIS verification,the core evaluation index system for medical process quality is accurate and authoritative,and it can provide a reliable indicator for the management of medical process quality control.(2)Through questionnaires to determine the key business of controlling and evaluating the quality of medical process core evaluation indicators,it is possible to improve the core evaluation index value by controlling key businesses.(3)Explore the corresponding management and control methods for different types of business,so that each key business can be controlled under the appropriate management and control methods so that key businesses can be realized.(4)The construction of the medical process quality business control model and the medical process quality data management and control model can ensure that each key business is controlled under the applicable control and control model,and improve the standardization,security and sharing of medical process quality data.
