| Acute coronary syndrome(acs)is a common type of cardiovascular disease [1].Acute inflammation of them as one of the most important reason,artery atheromatous plaque formation and rupture and a variety of biochemical markers [2-5].Purpose: This study by observing the coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with serum OX-LDL,hs-CRP and ADAMTS-1 levels,evaluation analysis of coronary heart disease patients serum hs-CRP,OX-LDL,ADAMTS-1 with the value of diagnosis of unstable plaque happened and three kinds of inflammatory factors of acute coronary syndrome diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the comparison.Methods: This study continuous selection in our hospital during the period of a total of 208 patients with cardiovascular internal medicine hospital from November 2015 to February 2015,hospital within 24 h to complete coronary artery angiography,according to the patient history,clinical manifestation and coronary angiography results are divided into acute myocardial infarction(AMI),unstable angina pectoris(UAP),stable angina pectoris(SAP)in the diagnosis of all conform to the standard.AMI group 90 examples,the UAP group,a total of 87 cases,SAP group of 31 cases,control group a total of 48 cases,all the object of study in hospital immediate venous blood was collected,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)method for the determination of serum IL-6r and ADAMTS-1 level,Hitachi 7170 a type of full automatic biochemical analyzer is used to determine total cholesterol,total cholesterol,TC),triglycerides(triglycerides,TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)level and the level of hs-CRP.Results: The experimental results showed that the levels of adamts-1,hs-crp and ox-ldl in peripheral blood of the ACS group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In AMI group,ox-ldl,adams-1 and hs-crp were significantly higher than UAP and SAP group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adams-1,hs-crp and ox-ldl were significantly higher in UAP group than in the SAP group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adams-1 level sensitivity in the ACS group was higher than that hs-crp and ox-ldl.Hs-crp specificity was higher than ox-ldl and adamts-1.Conclusion: To sum up,the three indicators of adamts-1,ox-ldl and hs-crp in ACS patients were increased significantly,indicating that the higher the concentration,the more unstable the plaque,and the more vulnerable to rupture.Therefore,OX-LDL,joint detection ADAMTS-1,hs-CRP three biochemical markers on the occurrence and development of unstable plaque and the breakdown has certain diagnostic value,by examining the above three inflammatory factor can be found as early as possible plaque instability,and timely intervention,to reduce morbidity and mortality of ACS,is great clinical of significance. |
