The Determination And Clinical Analysis Of Plasma D-dimer And FDP In Adult Patients With Allergic Purpura With Renali Damage

Objective To investigate the clinical value of fibrin degradation products plasma D-dimer(D-D)and FDP,in adult patients with allergic purpura with renal damage.Methods Analysis of the first hospital affiliated to hebei institute of northern dermatologist in September 2015 to September 2017 charge of allergic purpura in hospital clinical data of 148 cases of adult patients with allergic purpura,on the basis of whether or not to group with damage to renal purpura and other visceral injury,these patients are divided into Group A(renal damage without other visceral injury group)of 34 cases and Group B(renal damage with other visceral injury group)of 28 cases,Group C(non-renal damage with other visceral injury group)of 46 cases and Group D(non-renal damage without other visceral injury),the general clinical data of patients with statistics collection processing,using SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze data.Results Positive cases of D-dimer in Group A?B?C and D are respectively 20,25,9 and 1 cases,positive rates are respectively 58.82%,89.29%,19.57%,2.50%,by the chi-square test(x~2=66.088,P<0.01),there are significant differences between these groups.Between group A and group D,group B and group D,group C and group D,by the chi-square test(x~2=28.685,P<0.01;x~2=52.529,P<0.01;x~2=4.517,P<0.05),showing that there are significant differences between them.Between group B and group C,group A and group D,group A and group B,group C and group D,by the chi-square test(x~2=34.067,P<0.01;x~2=28.685,P<-0.01;x~2=7.160,P<0.01;x~2=4.517,P<0.05)),showing that there are significant differences between them.Positive cases of FDP in Group A?B?C and D are respectively 16,23,9 and 2 cases,positive rates are respectively 47.06%,82.14%,19.57%,5.00%,by the chi-square test(x~2=50.921,P<0.01),there are significant differences between these groups.Between group A and group D,group B and group D,group C and group D,by the chi-square test(x~2=17.771,P<0.01;x~2=42.161,P<0.01;x~2=4.069,P<0.05),showing that there are significant differences between them.Between group B and group C,group A and group D,group A and group B,group C and group D,by the chi-square test(x~2=27.771,P<0.01;x~2=17.661,P<0.01;x~2=8.099,P<0.01;x~2=4.069,P<0.05),showing that there are significant differences between them.Conclusion 1.Among adult patients with allergic purpurpura with organ damages,the levels of plasma D-dimer,FDP are higher significantly than those patients with simple skin type.2.The levels of plasma D-dimer,in adult patients with allergic purpurpura patients with renal damage were higher than those without renal damage.3.Renal damage has the greater effect on the level of plasma D-dimer,FDP than other visceral injury group damage in adult patients with allergic purpura,anong adult patients with allergic purpurpura with renal damage and other organ damage,the levels of plasma D-dimer,FDP is the most obvious.
