The Clinical Observation Of Zixian Dan Prevention And Treatment Of Children Allergic Purpura With Renal Impairment

Objective: Observe the Zi Xian Dan in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura(hemopyretic bleeding syndrome)changes of urinary albumin,?2-microglobulin and other indicators of clinical efficacy and after treatment,the analysis can prevent or reduce renal damage of Henoch Schonlein purpura effect.Methods: A total of 60 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were randomly divided into observation group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).Two groups were given basic treatment.The control group was treated with compound rutin 40 mg orally,three times a day;Dipyridamole 3-5mg/(kg-d),2-3oral.The observation group treated with Zixian Dan based on the control group,take it every morning and evening.The 4 weeks as a course of treatment,treatment of 3 courses.Observation the improvement of clinical symptoms and laboratory observation index,which the two groups before treatment,treatment for 4 weeks,treatment for 8 weeks,treatment for 12 weeks.And comparative analysis the clinical efficacy and the damage of kidney in the two group.After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rates of the two groups were compared,and the long-term efficacy of the two treatments were analyzed.Result:(1)The two groups after treatment for 12 weeks,the clinical symptoms improved,the total score of TCM syndrome was lower than before(p<0.05);the total score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(2)In the two groups after the treatment of 8 weeks and 12 weeks m-Alb had difference compared with the group before treatment(p<0.05),there was significant differencebetween two groups(p<0.01),the observation group better than the control group;the two group for fourth weeks compared with before treatment,no significant difference(p>0.05),there is no difference between the two groups(p> 0.05).(3)The observation group for 4 week,8 weeks and 12 weeks of ?2-GM levels before treatment were not statistically significant(p>0.05);the control group for 4 week,8 weeks and 12 weeks of ?2-GM levels before treatment had statistical significance(p<0.05);different treatment time of the observation group and the control group with the difference was statistically significant(p>0.01),and the observation group better than the control group.(4)There was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of renal damage at the end of the 4 week,the 8 week and the 12 week(p<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:(1)Zi Xian Dan can effectively relieve skin purpura in children with HSP,abdominal pain,joint pain,upset thirsty,tired and other clinical symptoms,compared with the control group,the curative effect is more precise.(2)Zi Xian Dan can effectively improve the level of Alb and ?2-GM,compared with the control group,reduced the incidence of kidney damage,to a certain extent to prevent or mitigate the effects of renal damage.(3)During the follow-up,the recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the long-term effect of the observation group wasbetter than that of the control group.(4)Zi Xian Dan remarkable curative effect,non-toxic side effects,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
