Research On The Cultivation Of Health Literacy Of New Rural Residents

New rural community construction is an important base and platform for the construction of a new socialist countryside,and cultivating residents' health literacy is also an important approach to the construction of a new type of rural community.With the advancement of the construction of a new socialist countryside and the continuous improvement of living standards in rural areas,more and more people are beginning to pay attention to scientifically and reasonably cultivating health literacy.The Chinese Communist Party has always attached importance to people's health.General Secretary XI Jin-Ping's “people-centered and health-based” health concept not only inherited and developed classic Marxist writers' health and hygiene ideas,but also formed its own characteristics under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy and the building of a well-to-do society.However,the overall level of health literacy among the new rural community residents is low.Through the investigation and research on it and the analysis of influencing factors,effective countermeasures and suggestions for rural areas are proposed to raise the level of health literacy among residents.The first part is the introduction.This part clarifies the background and significance of the research topic,summarizes and evaluates the relevant research and research trends at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas and research methods of this article,and analyzes the innovation and deficiency of this article.The second part explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis for the research on the cultivation of health literacy among the new rural community residents,and analyzed the significance of cultivating the health literacy of the new rural community residents.The paper introduces Chengdu's experience in nurturing health literacy.Through the questionnaires and in-depth interviews in Qingangshu Community,Hongshi Community,Hongsha Community in Chengdu,the paper understand Current situation and influencing factors of health literacy among new rural community residents.This paper carries out statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey data to obtain the average level of health literacy of residents in the sample area,and analyzes the effects of economic income,education level,age,gender,and propaganda factors on the level of health literacy in the form of quantitative analysis,and also through in-depth interviews to analyze the impact of factors such as community environment on the level of health literacy.The fourth part is about the factors affecting the level of health literacy.This paper proposes the suggestions for the cultivation of health literacy among the new rural community residents from four aspects: community environmental governance,community education,health industry,and policy support.These countermeasures and suggestions can help governments at all levels and relevant departments to strengthen their understanding of health literacy,formulate rural community health promotion strategies,and provide references for evaluation of health literacy effects or intervention measures.
