More and more people are suffering from diabetes, which has become a common disease, but so far we have not found a cure for the disease. In the process of treatment, patients must regularly test blood sugar level, then the medical staff adjust the treatment plan according to the level of the patient’s blood glucose,so as to better maintain the body’s blood glucose balance,to prevent or reduce the complications caused by the disease.Existing blood glucose detectors are invasive or minimally invasive, and these methods have many disadvantages, leading to patients with low frequency of detection of blood sugar. This paper first discusses the current status of diabetes and the significance of blood glucose detection in the process of diabetes treatment, and describes the current situation of non-invasive blood glucose detection technology at home and abroad, aiming at the development trend of blood glucose measurement.Secondly,a variety of non-invasive blood glucose detection techniques based on optical methods are introduced in this paper, because blood glucose detection belongs to the field of trace substance analysis. And according to the existing photoelectric material analysis technology,we design a multi information fusion blood glucose analysis method based on photoelectric detection, which is mainly based on photoelectric detection principle and modified by multiple parameters.By using visible light and near-infrared discrete photoelectric detection is used to modify the heart rate, body surface temperature, ambient temperature and heat radiation energy parameters. Finally, based on the proposed method, the finger type non-invasive blood glucose detection system is designed and constructed.A small amount of detection data was collected by the system, and the blood glucose index measurement model was established by partial least-squares regression to get the regression curve between the blood glucose index and the selected human and environmental indicators. The correlation between the factors detected by this system is verified by experiments. The results show that the correlation coefficient between the blood glucose test result and the traditional invasive detector test result is better than 70%,and the overall performance could be further improved.
