The Management And Practice Of Standardized Training For Residents In Jiangxi Province

At present,China's health care reform has entered a "deep water period," and medical personnel training has become the focus of health care reform.Standardized training of residents is the most important part of the training of medical personnel.In order to improve the level of standardized training for residents and guarantee the quality of medical personnel services,this article cuts in from the practical problems existing in the management of standardized training for residents in Jiangxi Province,and adopts natural observation methods,literature research methods,investigation methods,and comparative research methods.On-site evaluation of training bases,introduction of home and abroad management of domestic and foreign cultures,and experience for reference,put forward practical suggestions for standardized training management of resident physicians in Jiangxi Province,and further improve the cultivation effect and training quality of live cultivation in the process of landing.The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that this article is based on the province's resident physician standardization training management and conducts research.It adheres to the principle of combining theory with practice,and explores new models,new methods,and new paths for post-graduate education,which is creative,The operability,practicality,and timeliness make up for the gaps in the content of this research and provide reference for the government's health administrative department to make decisions.There are six parts to this article.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the resident physician standardized training management research in Jiangxi Province,domestic and foreign research literature review,research ideas and methods,innovation and theoretical basis.The second part introduces the standardization training management of residents in Jiangxi Province,including organization management,recruitment management,expense management,base management,teaching management and assessment management.The third part is the investigation of standardized training of resident doctors in Jiangxi Province,including questionnaire survey and field assessment.Through the investigation of the situation,it analyzes the current problems in the standardization training of residents in Jiangxi Province.The fourth part introduces the standardized training management and experience of domestic and foreign residents,and combines with the actual situation of Jiangxi Province to carry out the practice of standardized management training of residents.The fifth part introduces the practice of resident medicine standardization training in Jiangxi from seven aspects: organization and management,base management,teaching management,assessment management,teacher management,student management and establishment of evaluation system.The last is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.
