Objective: Objective to investigate the diagnosis, treatment and outcome of uretero vaginal fistula caused by laparoscopic hysterectomy.Method: The clinical data of 16 patients with ureteral fistula caused by laparoscopic hysterectomy in the first hospital of the first hospital of Jilin University from January 2013 to December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The ureteral stents were implanted in the ureteroscope;the ureteroscope was not retained successfully or refused to try the ureteroscopy, and the ureteral reimplantation and ureteral stent implantation were used.Result: In 15 cases of unilateral ureteral vaginal fistula,4 cases were successfully treated with double J tube,1 cases of left ureteral stricture,1 cases of ureteral stricture and double J tube after dilation of balloon dilatation. After unsuccessful ureteroscopy, ureteral reimplantation was performed in 5 cases, and 4 cases of ureteroscopy were refusing to try ureteroscopy and reimplantation of ureteral bladder.1 cases of bilateral uretero vaginal fistula, left ureteral stent tube, ureter bladder replantation on the right side. Conclusion: 1.Pay close attention to postoperative pain, low fever and vomiting and vaginal leakage after operation history, and diagnose the disease as soon as possible.2.to prevent the most common cause of ureteral injury: during the treatment of the original disease, the ureter should be separated to avoid the heat damage caused by electrocoagulation, and the ultrasonic knife or scissors should be used when necessary.3.For those who came to the early stage of leakage,if the fistula was small and the ureteral continuity was acceptable, ureteroscopy would be better after ureteral stent placement. The concept of early treatment of this disease needs further promotion.4.First,the ureteral stent should be placed in the urethra via urethra.Urine drainage helps protect renal function and promote healing of the fistula.Even if conditions do not permit open surgery, the two stage of surgery is optional.
