Objective:Retrospective analysis of yijishan hospital gynecological laparoscopic surgery complicated with urinary tract injury in patients with clinical data, analysis of related factors of urinary system injury in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, improve intraoperative urinary system protection, injury prevention awareness, and actively take preventive measures to avoid iatrogenic injury and improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis of patients. Methods:A retrospective analysis of June 2012 to June 2017 of Wangnan Medical College yijishan hospital 5 years underwent laparoscopic surgery with 39 cases of urinary tract injury in patients with clinical data, clinical data statistical characteristics of medical history, summarize the cause of injury of urinary system, analyzing the relationship between the occurrence of urinary tract injury and type of surgery. And the urinary injury occurred during and after the operation to the treatment and prevention measures were summarized.Statistical methods using SPSS16.0 statistical software to analyze the data of this study,X~2 test was used for rate comparison, was statistically significant difference in P?0.05,there was significant difference in P?0.01.Results:The gynecological yijishan hospital in June 2012 to June 2017 during the 5years of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of 8742 cases,39 cases of urinary tract injury, complications rate was 0.45%,of which 18 cases of ureteral injury, complications rate was 0.21%,21 cases of bladder injury, complications rate was 0.24%;a total of 613 cases of primary surgery;two surgery 3814 cases,3 cases of urinary tract injury, complications rate was 0.08%;three surgery 3251 cases, complicated with urinary 7 cases of urinary system injury, complications rate was 0.22%;four surgery1064 cases,29 cases of urinary system injury, incidence of 2.73%,There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(X~2=2.31,P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(X~2=86.99,P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant(X~2=59.30,P<0.01).From June 2012 to June 2014,there were17 cases of urinary tract injury in 17 years. The complication rate was 0.67%.In June2014 to June 2017 years after three years, there were 22 cases of urinary tract injury in laparoscopic surgery, and the incidence rate was 0.35%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(X~2=4.15,P).Conclusion:Gynecological laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive technique, but it is still associated with the possibility of complications. In this study,8742 cases of laparoscopic surgery were found in 39 cases of urinary tract injury, with a complication rate of 0.45%.In recent five years, the percentage of endoscopic surgery in all gynecologic surgery has increased year by year, and the number of cases of concurrent urinary system injury has increased year by year.It is found that the causes of injuries are related to surgical grade, pelvic adhesion and energy devices.
