Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy with radiofrequency ablation of thoracic sympathetic nerve and medication in the treatment of coronary heart disease by observing the clinical symptoms, norepinephrine, and VAS in order to provide clinical evidence for exploring new methods of coronary heart disease. Methods: From February 2016 to February 2017,a total of 58 patients with stenocardia were selected, all of them were diagnosed with stenocardia by clinical symptoms and auxiliary examinations.According to the different treament methods, the patients were divided into two groups. We collected the basic information about the sex, age, medical history of two groups in order to compare the difference. Before the treatment, complete the auxiliary examination: electrocardiogram, ultrasonic cardiogram,Holter monitor and so on.The treatment group(29 cases)was treated with radiofrequency ablation, the control group(29 cases)was treated with medication. To evaluate the clinical efficacy by observing the clinical symptoms, norepinephrine and VAS.Results: After treatment, the clinical symptom, quality of life, quality of sleep and the activity of the patients in two groups were significantly improved. The norepinephrine and VAS had no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment, however, after treatment they were lower. Also the VAS of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: 1.After treatment, the clinical symptom, quality of life, quality of sleep and the activity of the patients in two groups were significantly improved.2.The norepinephrine of the two groups has big significant difference after treatment, and the treament group was more effective than the control group.3.After treatment the VAS of both groups was lower than before, and the treament group was more effective than the control group.
