Objective:According to the revelant parameters of “local anatomical localization” designed in the previous period, the imaging measurements of C6 and C7 pedicle were performed on a 3D reconstruction workstation, and the parameters of C6 and C7 were compared and analyzed in terms of age,to perfect the theoretical basis and database for software development. Methods:A total of 80 cases of cervical vertebrae CT imaging data in the orthopedic department of our hospital, from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected, including 40 male patients and 40 female patients, aged 18-75 years, with an average age of 50.18 ±12.63 years, who excluded cervical pedicle destruction(tuberculosis?infection?tumor?invasive destruction)and cervical pedicle deformity.According to the reference system of C6 and C7 pedicle screw placement(local anatomical localization),the point of insertion was selected. The height and width of pedicle at the narrowest point of pedicle, transverse angle(E)formed on the horizontal plane with the posterior lateral surface of the isthmus, and longitudinal angle formed on the sagittal plane and the posterior side of the isthmus(F)on both sides of C6 and C7 were measured at the axial line of pedicle screw. The angle of the horizontal plane and the posterior lateral side of the isthmus was measured by imaging, and the measured data were analyzed by SPSS software.Results:1.There were gender differences in pedicle height(PH)and width(PW)of C6 and C7,and there was statistical difference between male and female by t test(P < 0.05).The results of the males were higher than those of females.2.There was no significant difference in the ransverse angle(E)and longitudinal angle(F)of the pedicle of C 6 and C7 between the left and the right of the same segment and patients with different sex(P > 0.05).The angle between the sexes and between the left and the right side of the same segment is relatively constant,at that of the entry point of C6 and C7.3.There was no significant difference in the transverse angle(E)of C6 C7 pedicle and the longitudinal angle of C6 among age groups(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in the longitudinal angle of C7 between the age groups(P < 0.05)and the longitudinal angle of C7 was smaller than that of the patients over 60 years old(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The transverse angle(E)and longitudinal angle(F)of C6 and C7 pedicles are relatively constant in the fixed reference system and the insertion points, indicating that our design the lower cervical pedicle screw placement method of "local anatomic localization" is also feasible in C6 and C7.2.The longitudinal angle of C7 pedicle should be reduced by 2-3 °in patients over 60 years of age.3.The computerized three-dimensional reconstruction system can meet the individual requirement of cervical pedicle.
