Clinical Analysis Of 300 Case Of Thrombocytopenia In Pregnancy

Objective :Analysis of pregnancy with thrombocytopenia end effect of childbirth for the pregnant woman,for clinical provides the basis of the research.Methods:Through the retrospective analysis of 300 cases of pregnancy with thrombocytopenia(PT)of pregnant women cases data group(observation group,PT),platelet count data of the pregnant women and pregnant outcome information collected.Collecting 297 cases of platelet normal pregnant women as control group.Statistical analysis of clinical data on two groups of pregnant women.Result: Was 300 cases,131 cases of PT for pregnancy associated thrombocytopenia(PAT),75 cases of gestational hypertension(PIH),54 cases of pregnancy with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP),3 cases of pregnancy gigantic young cell anemia(MA)in 5 cases of lupus erythematosus(sle)system.PT group compared with control group two groups of childbirth way cesarean delivery rate,chi-square,X2 = 4.12,P > 0.05,no statistical significance.PT group compared with control group two groups of postpartum hemorrhage rate,chi-square,X2 = 7.55,P > 0.05,no statistical significance.PT group compared with control group two groups of hospitalization days,T test,P > 0.05,no statistical significance.PT group compared with control group two groups of pregnant women in the hospital total cost,T test,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion: Pregnancy with thrombocytopenia pregnant women cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate is higher than the platelet normal pregnant women.
