Objective: To investigate the characteristics of blood lipid level in late pregnancy and find out whether it affect pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes. Methods: 340 pregnant women with singleton pregnancies admitted to the obstetrical ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University From January 2016 to Apirl 2017 were enrolled in this study.Their blood lipid levels(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,LP(a),ApoB)were divided into abnormal group and normal group according to different classification standards. The differences of pregnancy complications and outcomes in each group were compared.Results:(1)Most pregnant women in the third trimester have dyslipidemia in different degree, mainly in TG,TC,LDL-C and ApoB;(2)There is no correlation between serum lipids metabolism and neonatal body weight in the third trimester of pregnancy(P> 0.05).(3)Pregnancy complications and outcomes between two groups don not have significant differences. However, there are different in gestational hypertension between the two groups when the upper limit of TG is three times and LP(a)is high respectively(P<0.05);Fetal growth restriction between the high TC group and the normal TC group are significant difference(P <0.05);fetal distress between the high LDL-C group and the normal LDL-C group is significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion: The disorder of blood lipid metabolism in late pregnancy is related to hypertension, fetal growth restriction and;fetal distress. It is of great significance to delay the progress of adverse pregnancy in both mother and fetus by regular detection, early detection and timely intervention.
