| Objective:To explore whether there is a correlation between the morphological characteristics(burrs and lobuling),partial hemodynamic parameters and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)of breast cancer with dynamic magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI).Methods:A total of 200 women with breast cancer were included in the age range of 20~65 years. All patients were not examined and treated before the magnetic resonance examination. After magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement and DWI examination,it was confirmed by biopsy pathology after operation. We observed theenhanced burr, lobulation, early enhancement,TIC curve,ADC value, early signal enhancement rate and peak time when B was 1000s/mm2.We observed the expression of lesion length, histological grading,ER,PR and HER-2 after immunohistochemical staining. The results are counting data and the correlation between the DCE-MRI parameters and the prognostic factors of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast is analyzed by Spearman statistics. Results:Burr breast cancer MRI manifestations of the syndrome was negatively correlated with ER,PR,b value and lesion histological grading into a low negative correlation to 1000s/mm2 ADC,ER,and early enhancement of mass PR is negatively correlated to peak time was positively correlated with HER-2 mass, early enhancement rate and ER is negative related. Conclusion:The lobulated signs, the signs of burr, early intensification, early intensification, peak time and some prognostic factors were correlated in the DCE-MRI performance.DCE-MRI not only plays a referenced role in the diagnosis of breast diseases, but also indirectly predicts the prognosis of breast cancer, and provides a valuable basis for clinical treatment and prognosis. |
