Objective:Observing the changes of respiratory nitric oxide(FeNO)and lung function in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP),and comparing the abnormal rate of Fe NO and abnormal lung function in children with MPP and control group, this paper explored the correlation between FeNO and lung function to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of MPP.Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out to monitor and analyze the FeNO and lung function of 50 MPP children in the respiratory ward of Dalian children's Hospital and in accordance with the inclusion criteria from January 2017 to December2017.Result:1.Of the 50 cases of group MPP,24 cases were abnormal in FeNO,accounting for48%.Compared with the control group, the abnormal rate of Fe NO in the MPP group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was significant by?~2 test, and the difference was significant.2.Among the 50 cases of group MPP,27 cases of abnormal pulmonary function, accounting for 54%,mixed ventilation dysfunction accounted for 93%,obstructive ventilation dysfunction accounted for 7%.Compared with the control group, the abnormal rate of lung function in the MPP group was slightly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was not significant by?~2 test, and the difference was not significant.3.The difference of pulmonary function between 50 groups of MPP and control group was compared.FEF50%and FEF75%were significantly lower than those in control group. There was significant difference between T group and P<0.05 group.4.The correlation between FeNO and lung function in 50 cases of MPP group was compared with the matched four lattice?~2 test and P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.50%of MPP children with FeNO were significantly increased, and there were airway inflammation, providing a theoretical basis for the anti inflammatory treatment of MPP.2.50%MPP children have pulmonary dysfunction, providing a theoretical basis for the application of bronchiectasis in the acute phase of MPP.3.FeNO and lung function monitoring play an important role in evaluating the acute phase of MPP,but the effect is different.Lung function monitoring reflects airway ventilation function, and FeNO monitoring reflects airway inflammation level. They are not related and can not be substituted in the clinic.
