Objective Physiological function of shaoyang meridian as well as evolution and pathogenesis of shaoyang disease in traditional Chinese medicine are tightly connected with pancreas and acute pancreatitis in western medicine. The strong relationship of which is used as a starting point, trying to construct a dialectical system of traditional Chinese medicine of the integration of theory, therapy, formula, and medicinal for the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst of acute pancreatitis from pathological changes of shaoyang meridian.By collecting and collating clinical case data of minimally invasive integrative medicine for the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst in patients with acute pancreatitis,to further verify the clinical efficacy of formulas of pancreatic cyst from the point of pathological changes of shaoyang meridian. At the same time combined with pancreatic pseudocyst of acute pancreatitis commonly used minimally invasive surgical means,to discuss how to preferably combine surgical minimally invasive surgery with traditional chinese medicine and external treatment,so reference can be provided for minimally invasive treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst of acute pancreatitis by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 1.Traditional chinese medicine theoretical research: employ literature analysis;combine with classical theory of the traditional chinese medicine as well as modern physiological pathology and anatomical studies;summarize the relationships between shaoyang of TCM and pancreatic physiological function, anatomical structure, meridian circulation;explore the close relationships between pancreas and shaoyang, pancreatitis and shaoyang disease, pancreatic pseudocyst of acute pancreatitis and pathological changes of shaoyang meridians;sum up the syndrome differentiation system of traditional chinese medicine of the integration of theory, therapy, formula, and medicinal for the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst of acute pancreatitis.2.Clinical analysis: A retrospective analysis of The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from February 21,2015 to February 21,2018 was performed, and clinical case data of 12 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst of acute pancreatitis treated by minimally invasive methods with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were collected. To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of formulas of pancreatic cyst, local external therapy and surgical minimally invasive method based on the theory of pathological changes of shaoyang meridian. Results 1.Traditional chinese medicine theoretical research: bile ducts of gallbladder channel of shaoyang are connected with pancreatic ducts in anatomy.shaoyang channels are associated with pancreas in running course of channel.pancreas is analogous to shaoyang meridian in physiological function. What's more, the activation of trypsin in acute pancreatitis resembles the pathogenic development of fire stagnation in shaoyang in pathology. Therefore, pancreatic diseases can refer to the pathogenesis evolutions of shaoyang disease for treatment. That is to say, pancreas having the similar function as shaoyang. When affiliate meridian to zang-fu organs,a variety of disorders along circulating regions of meridians can use therapies of Zang and Fu for reference. So treatment in traditional chinese medicine of pancreatic pseudocyst of acute pancreatitis can be started with pathological changes of shaoyang channel, analogous to the concretions and gatherings along circulating regions of shaoyang meridian, referring to therapies for pathological changes of liver and bile viscera of shaoyang, taking soothingliver cholaneresis, dredging intestines and descending turbi d substance, activating blood and dissipating a mass as rules of treatment, and consequently,it can effectively promote peripancreatic exudation and absorption and dissipation of pancreatic pseudocyst on the basis of formulas for pancreatic cyst.2.Clinical analysis: Totally 12 clinical cases were fitted into the study, among of which, average absorptivity of pancreatic cyst is 43.90% in chinese medicine group, the figure is 70.05% in Chinese medicine combined with local external treatment group, while the figure is 90.54% after surgical internal drainage. And the chinese medicine group compared with the combined treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine and local external treatment,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Compared with the changes of cyst size before and after surgical drainage operation,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion 1.The clinical efficacy of formulas for pancreatic cyst for the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst of acute pancreatitis is definite from the aspect of pathological changes of shaoyang meridian based on the “pancreas has the similar function as shaoyang” theory.2.Combining the differential diagnosis of disease in western medicine with syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine, according to the patient's condition, alone or in combination with oral decoction,in local external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and minimally invasive surgical techniques,it has certain advantages in promoting the absorption rate of pancreatic pseudocyst of acute pancreatitis, reducing the incidence of complications and decreasing surgical intervention rate.
