OBJECTIVE: To discuss the accuracy and negative predictive value of dual-source coronary CT with low-dose contrast agent in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis, positive predictive value, sensitivity, specificity and detection rate of myocardial bridge disease, comparing the dual-coronary CT with low-dose contrast results of the same patient with those of coronary angiography,.Methods: A total of 100 patients in our outpatient department were enrolled in this study. The double-source coronary CT with low dose of contrast medium was selected from September 2016 to January 2018.The results of image report after the exam showed that single or multiple coronary arteries. There are varying degrees of vascular stenosis and patients with myocardial bridge and single myocardial bridge.Including male patients accounted for 67 cases, female patients accounted for 33 cases, the average age was(55 ± 22 years). After the completion of this examination, patients and their families after consent for hospitalization,3 to 5 days after coronary angiography.By catheterization room three interventional technicians using the same computer image measurement system to measure the degree of coronary stenosis and take the average, recorded in the coronary angiography records. If found to be myocardial bridge, but also the detection of myocardial bridge were recorded in the report of coronary surgery. Finally, the data collected from the above two examinations were collected. The data of dual-source coronary CT with low-dose contrast agent were compared with those of coronary angiography. The spss19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the above-The results of the two inspections conducted a detailedstatistical analysis.RESULTS: All 100 patients selected in this study completed dual-source CT with low-dose contrast agent and percutaneous coronary angiography,of whom 89 were treated by PCI.The process is smooth,no postoperative complications,no obvious discomfort after discharge.1.The accuracy of dual-source coronary CT with low-dose contrast agent for coronary artery stenosis was 91.14%,the sensitivity was 90.0%,the specificity was 92.10%,the negative predictive value was 91.62% Positive predictive value: 90.57%.2.The detection rate of dual-source coronary CT injected with low-dose contrast agent for myocardial bridge lesions was higher than that of coronary angiography.3.1)Dual-source coronary CT with low-dose contrast agent detected coronary artery stenosis rate and coronary angiography detection rate compared with no significant difference(P> 0.05).2)dual-source low-dose contrast agent coronary CTA single root lesion detection rate of stenosis, including the left main, left anterior descending branch, the first diagonal branch, left circumflex branch, right coronary artery, blunt margin, sharp There was no significant difference in the detection rate between limbus and coronary angiography.Dual-coronary CT injected with low-dose contrast agent has a higher accuracy, sensitivity and specificity for lesion of coronary artery stenosis. The detection rate of myocardial bridge lesion is higher than that of coronary angiography and can be used as suspicious coronary atherosclerotic heart Clinical screening of patients with coronary artery stenosis and evaluation plays an important reference value. Conclusions 1.Low-dose contrast agent dual-source coronary CTA has a high accuracy in the diagnosis and evaluation of coronary artery stenosis, and it can be used as a preliminary screening for coronary heart disease.2.Low-dose contrast agent dual-source coronary CTA examination can not only meet the needs of clinical examination, but also greatly reduces the potential risk factors of contrast agents on the patient's body and organs. In order to better serve the clinic.3.Dual-source coronary CTA with low-dose contrast agent can be used as an important reference for the diagnosis of myocardial bridge lesions.
