ObjectiveTo discuss the accuracy, feasibility and sensitivity of the Dual-Source Computed Tomography in diagnosing the coronary artery stenosis.MethodWe choose 64 patients, including 51 males and 13 females, mean age is (56±20) years old. All of these patients were examined by Dual-Source Computed Tomography (DSCT) and Selective Coronary Angiography (CAG) respectively. Then we comparate the results of the two examinations.ResultsIn evaluating the stenosis of coronary artery disease by DSCT, the sensitivity is 77.04%, the specificity is 90.9%, positive predictive value is 87.28%, negative predictive value is 83.01%, accuracy rate is 82.8%. As a result, the sensitivity and specificity of DSCT in evaluating the coronary artery stenosis is high, and the DSCT can be the clinical screening of suspicious coronary artery diseases and the assessment of coronary artery stenosis.ConclusionsThe accuracy of DSCT in diagnosing the coronary artery diseases is high, and it's also a kind of a non-invasive examination, whose cost is comparative low and operation is comparative easy. So we can conclude that, the DSCT is a good choice in screening the coronary heart disease.
