Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the app development process of the palmar hospital,in order to quickly understand the technical level of the hospital and provide the targeted hospital services for the users,and transfer the information of the hospital services and technical ability to the users by information push,and use the mobile network to make use of the different types and requirements.Users quickly acquire targeted hospital services to meet users' needs for hospital and hospital services.Methods:The method used is to analyze consumer behavior through the AISAS(Attention Interest Search Action Share)model.The model has the network based search and sharing characteristics,and cites it to the research of APP service requirements in the palmar hospital,with the help of the advantages of the real time and convenience of the mobile network to the user individual.It is feasible to analyze the health status and life behaviors and formulate the app service plan of the palmtop hospital,so as to improve the efficiency of hospital services and the accuracy of services.Taking a three a hospital in Guangxi as a subject,a face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted in a simple random sampling,the health workers and 400 residents.9 qualitative interviews were selected for the health practitioners and the residents' representatives,respectively.The use of the palmar hospital in a three a hospital in Guangxi was analyzed in the last five years,and the descriptive analysis was carried out.Statistical analysis is a reliable data support.Results:(1)Residents' part:the reasons why the respondents were not satisfied with the current medical treatment process were from high to low:doctors see a short time,they have to wait too long,doctors and patients have poor communication,and medical visits are inconvenient.poor medical service attitudes,high medical expenses,hospital have poor treatment outcomes.The number of people who choose "short doctor visits" is 256,accounting for about 64%;74.5%have used palmar hospital(including APP and WeChat account number form).Through the Chi-square test,there was no significant difference in the use of palmar hospital between genders(P=0.310).There was no significant difference in the use of palmar hospital in different age groups(P=0.603).The palmar hospital services used by the respondents were mainly expert introduction and inquiry information,accounting for 68.5%.The reasons for the lack of or little use of palmar hospital were the largest number of people worried about disclosing personal information,which was about 83.75%.(2)Health Workers Section:Respondents though that the advantages that palmar hospital can bring from high to low are:shortening waiting time,facilitating medical visits,promoting communication between doctors and patients,improving medical service attitude,improving hospital treatment results,growing doctors visiting time,reducing medical expenses.100%of respondents considered that palmar hospital can shorten waiting time for visit;85.5%of people used palmar hospital(including APP and WeChat public number form)more than 10 times.Through the Chi-square test,there was no significant difference in the use of palmar hospital(including APP and WeChat public number)between different genders(P=0.649).There were significant differences in the number of palmar hospital(including APP and WeChat public number)at different ages(P=0.006).The number of people 21-30 years old will obviously use more.Health workers used palmar hospital service function is mainly expert introduction and information inquiry,accounting for 96.75%.A total of 72%of the respondents believe that "fear of disclosure of personal information" is the reason for the obstruction of the popularization of palmar hospital.(3)Palmar hospital service needs:By describing statistical analysis,the actual performance(average)of the respondent's demand level of the palmar hospital service was 3.809 points,indicating that most of the users surveyed had a high level of demand for palmar hospital services.The ranking of actual performance(mean score)from high to low is generating interest,diffusion sharing,attracting attention,taking action,active search.Users with different genders and educational backgrounds have no significant differences in the use and demand of the palmar hospital service.Compared with older users,their ages have significantly higher demand for the palmar hospital service.Through correlation and regression analysis,there is a positive correlation between the five dimensions of "attention,interest,active search,action,diffusion sharing"and the "palmar hospital service demand level".The better the respondents perceive in these five dimensions,the need for palmar hospital service The higher the degree will be.(4)Interview results:There are similarities and differences of different health practitioners of different ages and professions in the focus of palmar hospital service,methods of improving consumer interest,consumer search motivation,consumer behavior and increasing the enthusiasm of consumers.The similarity lies in the fact that it is able to recognize that the publicity work has an important role in the development of the palmar hospital service.The content of the palmar hospital service determines the key of consumer interest and search,and a variety of targeted service functions can improve consumers' palmar hospital service usage efficiency,as long as the palmar hospital service can meet consumer demand,consumers are very willing to share.The difference is that people of different ages and occupations look at things differently.Conclusion:The conclusion obtained through the study is that the publicity of a three a hospital in Guangxi is easy to attract the attention of consumers,but the current publicity is limited;consumers have a very high desire to understand the function of the palm Hospital;consumers are willing to take the initiative to understand the palmar hospital,but the current status is not very positive;Consumer use of the palm hospital is mainly appointment registration or online payment,the use of palmar hospitals is very low,consumers are willing to actively share and recommend the palm hospital,but the palmar hospital can bring a little understanding of the benefits.Therefore,this paper puts forward the measures and suggestions on improving the app service permeability,extending service function,improving the service quality and strengthening the protection of patients' privacy.Under the AISAS model,using the features of"attention","interest","search","behavior" and "share",build the app in the palm hospital.The service system improves the utilization efficiency of APP services in palm hospitals.
