The Clinical Observation On Therapy Of Benfefiting Gushukang In Treating Hyperthyroidism With Osteoporosis

Objective:Under the guidance of TCM theory,using Gushukang capsule in the treatment of hyperthyroidism associated osteoporosis,changes of laboratory indexes and systemic symptoms compared before and after treatment,to observe the effect of Gushukang Capsule on hyperthyroidism associated osteoporosis,provide the basis for the Gushukang capsule in the treatment of hyperthyroidism associated osteoporosis,also can promote the study of the new party the choice of the disease.Methods:Select 90 cases from the Department of endocrinology of Shanxi People's Hospital outpatient and inpatient department of newly diagnosed hyperthyroidism with osteoporosis,the paired data were divided into three groups,control group 1 of 30 cases,conventional antithyroid medicine treatment of hyperthyroidism,without calcium supplementation and Gushukang capsule;the control group 2 30 cases,according to the patients given basic treatment of hyperthyroidism inhibition of hyperthyroidism,and oral Caltrate D 600mg/day,Calcitriol Soft Capsules 0.25ug/day;30 cases in the treatment group and control group 2 for the same,and with Gushukang capsule,4 capsules each time,2times / day for.6 months after treatment were compared between the three groups Before and after the treatment of patients with BMD,Ca,AKP,P(25)(OH)vitamin D,PTH,WBC and other indicators and changes in systemic symptoms,the use of statistical software to analyze the experimental results.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the control group 1,control group 2 and the total efficiency of the treatment group were 16.67%,75.86%,93.33%,the total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group 1 and control group 2,can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms of patients.Compared with the control group one,the control group 2 and the treatment group were all able to improve the BMD of the lumbar spine and the right femoral neck,which was statistically significant(P > 0.05);The BMD of the lumbar spine and femoral neck in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group 2,but but no statistically significant difference.Compared with the control group 1and the control group 2,the level of serum Ca was significantly improved in the treatment group(P < 0.05);the three groups can improve thyroid function,compare the treatment results between the three groups,the treatment group can effectively reduce the level of TPO-Ab(P < 0.05).During the course of treatment,the incidence of white blood cellreduction and abnormal liver function in the treatment group was 10%,which was lower than 33.33%of control group 1 and 27.59% of control group 2.The treatment group was more effective in reducing WBC and abnormal liver function.The treatment group can effectively reduce the degree of white blood cells and liver function damage.The three groups can effectively improve the patient's symptoms of palpitation(P < 0.05),in improving the other symptoms and signs of the patients,the treatment group was better than the control group 1 and the control group 2(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Gushukang capsule can increase the bone density of the patients with hyperthyroidism associated osteoporosis in a certain extent,effectively reduce the patients with low back pain,leg fatigue and other symptoms,reduce the incidence of drug use in the process of leukopenia and liver function damage,so it can be used in clinical practice.
