Objectives:(1)To understand the status of the postoperative anxiety, pain self-management behaviors and self-efficacy of patients with total hip arthroplasty.(2)To explore the correlation among the postoperative anxiety, pain Self-management behaviors and self-efficacy of patients with total hip arthroplasty.(3)To analysis of the influencing factors of the postoperative anxiety with total hip arthroplasty. Methods:In this study, descriptive research was conducted for patients with total hip replacement, using random sampling method, selecting in March 2017 to October 2017 in the city 4 level of first-class hospital in parallel to investigate 206 patients of total hip replacement. The self-made general data questionnaire, anxiety self-rating scale, postopreative pain self-management behavior questionnaire and self-efficacy scale were investigated.Enter all Epidata3.1 data application software, the use of SPSS22.0 to statistical analysis of data, the main statistical methods include descriptive statistics,t test,Analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:(1)Anxiety scores for postoperative mortality in patients with total hip replacement(44.36±9.70)points,138 cases of patients with no anxiety(67.00%),68 cases(33.00%)of patients with anxiety, including 52 cases of patients with mild anxiety state(25.20%),15 cases of patients with moderate anxiety(7.30%),1 case of patients with severe state of anxiety(0.50%).(2)The total score of postoperative pain self-management in patients with total hip arthroplasty was(20.63 ± 5.28)points,which was generally lower. The score of pain knowledge learning behavior was(9.93 ±3.26)points,and the score of pain self-management behavior was(10.74± 2.45)points.(3)According to the results of this study, the general self-efficacy scores of total hip replacement patients(22.99 + 6.79)points were lower.(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed that patients with total hip replacement surgery anxiety and pain of self management behavior, learning dimensions, the correlation dimension of self care,self-efficacy has statistical significance(P<0.05),and a negative correlation. The single factor analysis showed:different genders, household registration, marriage, occupational status, economic income, medical payment, friends, surgical location, and pain degree in patients with postoperative anxiety score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The results of non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the patients' economic income, pain level, pain self-management and self-efficacy were the factors influencing post-operative anxiety in patients with total hip replacement.Conclusions:(1)Nearly a third of total hip replacement patients have anxiety after surgery, that after the total hip replacement patients with more serious psychological burden, yet to be improved:the degree of pain, gender, marriage, the long-distance medical, economic income is the influence factors of total hip replacement in patients with postoperative anxiety.(2)The pain self-management behavior and general self-efficacy of total hip replacement patients were low.(3)Total hip replacement in patients with postoperative anxiety and pain of self management behavior, learning dimensions,self-care dimension,self-efficacy are negative correlation, the postoperative patients with anxiety, the more obvious, the postoperative pain self-management behavior,self-efficacy,the worse; The lower the postoperative anxiety, the better the postoperative pain self-management behavior and self-efficacy.
