Clinical Observation Of YangHe Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Yang Deficiency In Ankylosing Spondylitisis

Objective:This study observing the clinical symptoms of Yanghe Decoction’s treatment in Kidney yang deficiency Ankylosing Spondylitis patients in whom before and after treatment,to get the preliminary evaluation of the clinical curative effect of Yang-Activating Decoction on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:The self-contrast method before and after treatment was used in this experiment.40 cases of ankylosing spondylitis with deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome were treated with Yanghe decoction for 3 months,once a day and taken separately in the morning and evening.The scores of TCM syndromes,ESR and c-reactive protein were compared before and after treatment.The VAS scores of pain and the scores of BASFI and morning stiffness in BASDAI were compared before and after treatment.The results were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Results:1.Treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with deficiency of kidney-yang by Yanghe decoction for 3 months,the total effective rate of TCM standard was 82.50%,the ASAS20 effective rate was 82.50%.2.Yanghe decoction can reduce the rate of TCM standard,compared with before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Yanghe decoction can reduce ESR and c reactive protein levels,compared with before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05)4.Yanghe decoction can improve the lumber activity of kidney yang deficiency of ankylosing spondylitis patients,add the Schober test results,compared with before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.Yanghe decoction can reduce the score of pain VAS,the BASFI score and BASDAI’s morning stiffness score,compared with before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yanghe decoction treat ankylosing spondylitis with deficiency of kidney-yang reducing TCM syndrome score,fitting TCM effective curative appraise.2.Yanghe decoction treat ankylosing spondylitis with deficiency of kidney-yang reducing Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and c-reactive protein(CRP)levels,improve the results of Schober test,reduce the VAS scores of pain and reduce the morning stiffness scores in BASFI and BASDAI,fitting evaluation of efficacy of western medicine.
