Objective:Clinical observation of phlegm turbidity blocking type hyperlipidemia by using the method of regulating qi,reducing phlegm and turbidity. And objective to explore the synergistic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on hyperlipidemia. Methods:Patients who were diagnosed as "hyperlipidemia" in our hospital in December 2015?2016 December were selected. And 60 cases were selected in accordance with the test inclusion criteria and the phlegm block type was considered as the research object.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the control group were mainly given oral atorvastatin treatment, and the treatment group was mainly based on the theory of "Qi,phlegm and turbidity" on the basis of the control group. After treatment for 8 weeks, the scores of TCM syndrome and blood lipid in the two groups were recorded. And SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate efficacy.Results:1.Comparison of serum lipid after treatment:There was no significant difference in TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the same group,TC,TG and LDL-C decreased and HDL-C increased after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the TC and TG levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the HDL-C increased significantly. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the effects of lipid:After the treatment of the two groups, the total effective rate of TC in the treatment group was 86.67%,the totaleffective rate of the control group TC was 56.67%,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,and the improvement of triglyceride in the treatment group was better than the control group. The difference was better than the control group. The difference has a difference. There were statistical significance(P<0.05);after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.33%and the control group had a total effective rate of 46.67%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The rank sum test of the two groups showed that P<0.05 had statistical significance.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,TCM syndrome scores decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups were 7.43 + 2.56 in the treatment group, and the TCM syndrome score of the control group was 11.26 + 4.73,It was calculated that P<0.05 was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.4.Comparison of TCM Syndromes:After treatment,16 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group,12 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 93.34%,the control group was 8 cases,18 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 86.67%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is superior to conventional western medicine for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and Western medicine. This method plays an important role in improving TCM syndrome and reducing the level of blood lipid. It has certain clinical significance and can carry forward the advantages of traditional medicine in the motherland.
