Objective: ?To understand self-management ability and status quo of PICC cancer patients by investigating theirelf-management ability of PICC.?To investigate the demographic and health promoting of cancer patients with PICC catheter catheter ability of self management,to provide reliable scientific data for clinical care and health education, nursing staff to take targeted measures to improve the ability of self management PICC duct tumor patients, reduce PICC related complications and ensure the treatment, improve the treatment effect,so as to improve the quality of life of cancer patients. Methods:This paper investigates 125 PICC cancer patients who meet the inclusion criteria and are selected from November 2017 to January 2018 in PICC outpatient clinic of A three level hospital in Kunshan. The study adopts the method of questionnaires which are completed by self-filling or investigator's assistance. The questionnaire consists of four parts: general information questionnaire,PICC self-management ability of cancer patients scale, and health promotion lifestyle scale.Statistical analysis is carried out by using SPSS21.0 statistical software and the statistical methods includes mean, standard deviation, constituent ratio, univariate analysis,t test, analysis of variance, speatman correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results: ? The age of the patients was between the age of 29 and 79 years, the average age was(55.35 + 12.83)years,the male was 48.8%,the female was 51.2%,the married patient was 89.6%,and the residence was distributed in the rural, township and urban areas. The occupation, the cultural level, the income, the way of paying, the time, the time, the diagnosis of the disease were different.?The scores of self-management ability of PICC cancer patients are(147.84 ±16.54)points,in which 62.4% are over 144 points,36.0% are 108~144 points and 1.6% are below 108 points.(3)The scores of health promotion of PICC cancer patients during the placement are(100.70 ±18.42)points.87 cases of patients(69.6%)in middle level and 38 cases(40.0%)in high level.(4)The patients' age, educational level, health promotion behavior and all dimensions were related to the PICC management ability of catheterization for cancer patients(P<0.05).(5)Multiple stepwise regression analysis shows thatage, health responsibility, exercise behavior and nutritional behavior entered the regression equation of catheter self-management ability of PICC tumor patients, which can explain 39.0% of variance. Conclusions:?The overall level of self-management ability of PICC cancer patients in Kunshan is generally high, but daily catheter observation and information acquisition capabilities need to be further improved.?Health responsibility, exercise behavior, nutritional behavior, andage are the influencing factors of self-management ability of PICC in cancer patients.
