Objective To investigate the protective effect of salvianolic acid salt on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods 45 SD rats were randomly divided into model group,Danshen group and control group25 rats each In the model group and the Danshen group,the model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion was prepared by thread embolism method,while the control group was only ligated without ligation After the modeling was successful,the salvia miltiorrhiza group and the control group were injected with-21mg(kg,d)-1salvianolic acid solution(5% Glucose Injection dissolution),continuous injection of 10 d times per d,the model group was injected with physiological saline Between the 3 groups were given intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 h,1 h,3 h and-8h after the change of ECG ST segment;the heart was removed after intraperitoneal injection of 10 d rats were sacrificed after the observation of myocardial histopathological changes by HE staining;Determination of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha by ELISA(tumor necrosis factorTNF-alpha)interleukin-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)cardiac.troponin T(cardiactroponin T,c Tn T)level 3groups of plasma Western detection method of blot,B lymphocyte tumor-2 protein(B-cell lymphoma-2,Bcl-2),Bcl-2(Bcl-2 assaciated X related protein protein,Bax.antibody,Rho A(Ras homologous)A)protein level.Results intraperitoneal injection of 0 5h 1h 3h and 8h after model group and Danshen group II lead ST segment of ECG voltage decreased gradually,the.model group was hiher than the Danshen group,and the2 group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the control group after intraperitoneal injection of 10 d myocardial cell morphology and structural integrity of inflammatory cells no infiltration;model group of myocardial cell disorder cell swelling and inflammatory cell infiltration,Salvia miltiorrhiza group lesions is lighter than the model group,model,group,Salvia miltiorrhiza group IL-6[(372±36.2).(183±40.0)ng/g],c Tn T[(273±18.6)(160±23.2)ng/L],TNF-?[(4600±350.0)?(3800±234.0)ng/g],The levels were higher than the control group[(80±18.3)?(82±20.1)?(800±80.5)],ng/g] And the model group is higher than the salvia miltiorrhiza group(P<0.05);Model group and Danshen group abdominal aorta serum Rho A[(2.85±0.21(1.75±0.27)]Bcl-2[(1.98+0.28(5.50+0.48)] and Bax protein [(6.03 +0.54),(13.59+ 0.38)] were higher than those in control group[(0.20 + 0.01),(0.04 + 0.02),(0.04+0.01)],and the level of Rho A and Bax protein in serum was higher than the model group of abdominal aorta Bcl2 is lower than that of Danshen group,Salvia miltiorrhiza group(P<0.05)Conclusion salvianolate can.effectively improve myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,and the mechanism may be inhibiting the inflammatory reaction and the expression of Rho/ROCK signaling pathway in key protein Rho A,apoptosis regulating protein(Bcl-2)and anti apoptotic protein(Bax)to improve the balance of myocardial tissue injury.
