Research On The Quality Standards Of Zhuang-medicine Jatropha Curcas And Euonymus Hederaceus

Objective: Through the research of quality study Jatropha curcas L and Euonymus hederaceus Champ.ex Benth.The quality standards were established and they could provide references to control the quality of Jatropha curcas L and Euonymus hederaceus Champ.ex Benth.Methods:(1)From plant morphology,medicinal properties and microstructure Jatropha curcas L and Euonymus hederaceus Champ.ex Benth.were researched their pharmacognosy.;(2)According to the 2015 edition of "People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia" on the herbs,the water content,ash content and leaching studies were determined.;(3)Identified Jatropha curcas L and Euonymus hederaceus Champ.ex Benth.by TLC;(4)Determined the contents of Vitexin by HPLC;(5)Studied of fingerprinting on Jatropha curcas L by HPLC.;(6)According to the 2015 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,quality standard drafts of Jatropha curcas L and Euonymus hederaceus Champ.ex Benth.were established.Result: Jatropha curcas L(1)Pharmacognosy study Bark length is differ,show strip shape,0.5~1.2 cm wide,1 ~ 2 cm thick,edge inside the volume,surface tan,inside yellowish white,is not easy to broken bark cross-sections,phelloderm cells series,cortex is wide and the cells are closely around the laticifer in polygon;Most of the fibers are clustered or separated in the phloem with narrow stomata,the starch granules are round,the umbilical points are dotted,the calcium oxalate clusters are numerous,the edges are sharp,and the brown body is often seen.(2)Comprehensive consideration the effect of each factor,the water content in dry Jatropha curcas L should be less than 12.00 percent,total ash content should be less than 13.00 percent,acid insoluble ash content should be less than 2.00 percent.The extract was determined by 30% ethanol as solvent,and the immersion content was not less than 18.00 percent.(3)In the sample chromatography of TLC,there was the same color of spots compared to the reference substance.(4)The vitexin acid in dry Jatropha curcas should be higher than 0.03091 percent according to the lowest content.(5)The fingerprint of Jatropha curcas was studied,and the 12 peaks were identified as the common peak of the fingerprint,which constituted the characteristic of chromatographic fingerprints.Euonymus hederaceus Champ.ex Benth.(1)Pharmacognosy study Stems and branches cylindric,long and short,diameter 3~10mm,single leaf opposite,petiole long 5~10mm;Capsule subglobose,purple,acanthopanaceous granule round,umbilicate point;The epidermal cells composed of 2~8 granules are polygonal,closely aligned,thickened by cell wall,close to the stomata,and 4 fibroblasts in the accessory cell,with visible browns scattered in the margins.(2)Comprehensive consideration the effect of each factor,The water content in dry Euonymus hederaceus Champ.ex Benth.should be less than 12.00 percent,total ash content should be less than 6.00 percent,acid insoluble ash content should be less than 1.50 percent.The extract was determined by 30% ethanol as solvent,and the immersion content was not less than 15.00 percent.(3)In the sample chromatography of TLC,there was the same color of spots compared to the reference substance.Conclusions: In this paper,by identifying traits,micoroscopic identifica examination studies,identification,determination and fingerprint of thin layers the medicine quality control of Jatropha curcas and Euonymus fortunei provided a reference.Referring to the 2015 edition of "People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia",the standard of Jatropha curcas and draft quality Euonymus fortunei were developed,which was a scientific,feasibility and practicality,quality control.
