Observation On The Curative Effect Of Danggui Qibao Recipe On Middle-aged And Aged Patients With Vitiligo And Its Effect On Immunoglobulin

Objective: To observe the curative effect danggui qibao Recipe on middle-aged and aged patients with vitiligo and its effect on immunoglobulin.Methods: Sixty patients,who met the inclusion criteria,were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group according to their random informed consent.The observation group were treated by danggui qibao Recipe and Sanhan huoxue qubai Tincture,the control group were treated by Vitiligo Capsule and Sanhan huoxue qubai Tincture.Before treatment,the treatment of 1 month,2 months,3 months on the observation group and control group of patients with lesions were photographed comparison.White spots all subsided,restore normal complexion for recovery.White spots subsided or reduced,the area of normal skin color recovery accounted for ? 50% lesions markedly effective.White spots subsided or reduced to restore normal skin color area accounted for more than 10% of the lesions as a turn for the better.Restore normal skin area accounted for the lesion area <10%,no pigment regeneration or range expansion is invalid.Before and three months after treatment,the observation group and the treatment group were immunoglobulinc score,and safety-related routine tests such as hematuria,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram.Results:28 cases of vitiligo patients treated by danggui qibao Recipe and Sanhan huoxue qubai Tincture after 3 months of treatment,8 cases were cured,markedly effective in 15 cases,improved in 3 cases,Invalid in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 82.14%.29 cases of vitiligo patients treated by Vitiligo Capsule and Sanhan huoxue qubai Tincture after 3 months of treatment,5 cases were cured,markedly effective in 5 cases,improved in 7 cases,Invalid in 12 cases,the total effective rate was34.48%.The effective rate of observation groupwas significantly higher than the control group;the difference of immunoglobulinc score respectively in the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant before and after treatment(P? 0.05),the score of immunoglobulinc score in the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P? 0.05).Conclusion: danggui qibao Recipe can reduce the lesion area and have better effect on middle-aged and aged with vitiligo of Liver and kidney deficiency type,the effective rate is 82.14%,at the same time,it can increase the level of immunoglobulinc.
