| Background: gouty arthritis is a kind of crystal related joint disease caused by the deposition of monosodium urate,which is directly related to hyperuricemia caused by the disorder of purine metabolism and the decrease of uric acid excretion,which belongs to the category of metabolic rheumatism.The disease is prevalent in middle-aged and elderly men,and tends to be younger gradually.The prevalence rate in China has reached 1%-3%,and has been increasing year by year.Zhuang doctors call gout as "Euryale ferox",belonging to the "thrive" category of Zhuang medicine.Zhuang doctors believe that gout is due to internal injury diet,toxic and pathogenic invasion,accumulation of skin texture,block the Dragon Road,fire road,make Qi and blood run unobstructed,obstruction in the muscles and joints of the muscles and joints,so the detoxification pathway,running Qi and blood is the treatment principle of Zhuang medicine.The long-term experimental research and clinical observation of Zhuang medicine Longzuan Tongbi Decoction show that it has good analgesic,anti-inflammatory,sedative and swelling effects,and the toxicity is very small.It has obvious clinical effect on rheumatoid arthritis,and the effective rate can reach 85%.Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Increase and decrease Zhuang medicine Longzuan Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis patients,the treatment group,the onset time of joint pain relief and so on for comparative study,evaluation of clinical curative effect of Increase and decrease Zhuang medicine Longzuan Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.It provides a new idea for the prevention and control of gouty arthritis in Zhuang medicine.Methods: the criteria for gout with reference to the subject of ACR/EULAR in 2015 jointly developed,through clinical choosing 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group was given the Increase and decrease Zhuang medicine Longzuan Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of 30 cases,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment of 30 cases,after the treatment of the same time after the clinical records of the experimental group and the control group treatment shireyunjiexing acute gouty arthritis,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and summarized,in order to evaluate the safety and efficacy of each group.Results:(1)there was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups,such as sex,age,and VAS score before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)two groups of patients in pain scores(VAS score),pain score and pain relief time,before and after treatment group comparison,were statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,pain scores,pain symptom scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The two groups were improved in terms of pain,pain score,and so on.Compared to the control group,the control group was better than the experimental group.(3)after treatment,8 cases were clinically controlled,17 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.After treatment,the control group was 7,effective in 20 cases,effective 2 cases,ineffective 1 cases,and the total effective rate was 97.7%.The total effective rate of the two groups was measured by the chi square test,P > 0.05,no statistical significance,indicating that the clinical effect of two groups of subjects had little difference.(4)after treatment,no significant abnormal changes in blood routine,liver function and renal function were observed in the two groups.There were 3 cases of adverse reactions in the trial group,accounting for 10% of the total group,and 5 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,accounting for 16.67% of the total number of patients in this group.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1,the experimental group(Increase and decrease Zhuang medicine Longzuan Tongbi Decoction)and control group(conventional Western Medicine)on shireyunjiexing acute gouty arthritis had therapeutic effect,but the control group symptoms and the total effective rate of the therapy was slightly better than the experimental group.2.The control group was superior to the test group in alleviating the onset time of pain and swelling,but the difference was not significant.That Increase and decrease Zhuang medicine Longzuan Tongbi Decoction for treating the onset time and the onset time is similar to the conventional western medicine treatment.3,Increase and decrease Zhuang medicine Longzuan Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis had no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,high safety,suitable for clinical application. |
