Objective:to investigate the association of MYD88 gene polymorphism siters7744 and MRI signs of ischemic stroke-phlegm and stasis syndrome.Methods:631 patients with acute phlegm and blood stasis syndrome admitted to the The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Encephalopathy were enrolled in this study.Clinical data were collected and skull magnetic resonance imaging?MRI?The size,number of lesions,the effect on the surrounding tissue and other information were analyzed using Sequenom MassARRAY to detect genotypes of single nucleotide polymorphisms?SNPs?rs7744 in MYD88 gene.PLINK software was Usedfor statistical analysis.Results:1.MYD88 gene polymorphism rs7744 and ischemic stroke-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome focus analysis:rs7744 different genotype carriers and pathogenesis in the frontal lobe,parietal lobe,temporal lobe,island leaf,pillow?P>0.05?.There were no significant correlations between the incidence sites and the basal ganglia(rs7744 additive model:P=0.003,Padj=0.003;dominance P=0.005,Padj=0.005;recessive model:P=0.048;allele model:P=0.002);there was a statistical relationship with the lesions in the brainstem(rs7744 additive model:=0.026;dominant model:P=0.079,Padj=0.008;recessive model:P=0.038;allelic model:P=0.019)2.Correlation analysis between the polymorphisms of MYD88 gene rs7744and the lesions of ischemic stroke-phlegm and stasis syndrome:There was no statistical relationship between the carriers of rs7744 and the large and small infarcts?all P>0.050?(Rs7744 additive model:P=0.026,Padj=0.016;dominant model:P=0.018,Padj=0.016;allele model:P=0.021).3.Association analysis of rs7744 polymorphism site of MYD88 gene and multiple lesions with ischemic stroke-phlegm and stasis syndrome:rs7744patients with different genotypes had no significant correlation with multiple lesions?all P>0.050?.4.Correlation analysis between rs7744 polymorphism site of MYD88 gene and the lesions of ischemic stroke-wind-phlegm and stasis syndrome on the surrounding tissues:there was no statistical correlation between the rs7744genotype carriers and the ventricles of focal compression and midline displacement All P>0.050).Conclusion:The MYD88 gene may be related to the occurrence of ischemic stroke.The polymorphism of rs7744 and the patients with ischemic stroke-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in MRI showed that the lesions occurred in basal ganglia and brainstem.There was a statistical correlation with the occurrence of infarction.
