Clinical Research On Treatment Of Vascular Dementia With Kidney-essence Deficient By "Fei Jing Zou Qi" Acupuncture

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of "fei jing zou qi" acupuncture for the treatment of patients with kidney-essence deficient vascular dementia,and to explore a new clinical approach and therapy to treat vascular dementia.Method:A total of 60 patients who were diagnosed with kidney-essence deficient vascular dementia were randomly divided into two groups,and the treatment group was the flight group(30 patients),and the control group was the conventional acupuncture group(30 cases).For 28 days of continuous treatment,two groups of patients before and after treatment in patients with cognitive function(MMSE score),daily life activities ability(Barthel index)and TCM syndrome(SDSVD score)for curative effect observation,subjects before and after treatment were evaluated by difference,come to the conclusion after comparison after statistics processing.To observe the clinical effect of flying through the "fei jing zou qi"acupuncture on the treatment of kidney-essence deficient vascular dementia.Result:1.Before the treatment,two groups of patients in the gender,age,culture level,course distribution,simple mental state examination(MMSE)score,daily life ability scale(Barthel index),TCM syndrome differentiation of vascular dementia scale(SDSVD)score,had no significant difference(P<0.05),comparable between groups.2.In terms of MMSE score improvement,after treatment,the scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both "fei jing zou qi" acupuncture and conventional acupuncture have better effects on patients' cognitive function,and "fei jing zou qi" acupuncture is superior to general acupuncture.3.In terms of the improvement of Barthel index score,the scores of bothgroups improved significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both "fei jing zou qi" acupuncture and conventional acupuncture have good effects on patients' daily life ability,and"fei jing zou qi" acupuncture is superior to general acupuncture.4.In terms of improvement of SDSVD score,the scores of both groups improved significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both "fei jing zou qi" and conventional acupuncture have a good improvement on the TCM syndromes,and "fei jing zou qi" acupuncture is superior to general acupuncture.5.In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndromes(SDSVD),there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the posttreatment group(86.67% effective rate)and the control group(70.00% effective rate).In the aspect of improving curative effect of TCM syndromes,"fei jing zou qi"acupuncture is superior to common acupuncture.Conclusion:1.The "fei jing zou qi" acupuncture can significantly improve the cognitive function,daily life activity and TCM syndromes of patients with kidney-essence deficient vascular dementia.2.The "fei jing zou qi" acupuncture has the advantages of high cure rate and remarkable curative effect,which provides a new and effective treatment method for vascular dementia.
