Objective To investigate the relationship between the clinical outcome of pregnancy and disease activity of influential factors of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)patients, and to understand the feasibility of systemic lupus erythematosus in order to improve the patient's quality of life.Methods188 cases of SLE with pregnancy were investigated retrospectively from 2008 to 2016 in Anhui Province hospital,to analyze the related factors of adverse pregnancy of SLE patients.Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 17.0.The chi-square test and fischer test were used for statistical analysis.Results(1)Among all the 184 patients of 188 cases(4 cases lost follow-up),there are various kinds of cases, including full-term pregnancy in 89 cases(48.3%),premature in 19 cases(10.3%),and spontaneous abortion in 11 cases(6.0%),stillbirth in 11 cases(6.0%),pregnancy induced labor in 54 cases(29.3%),and fetal loss rate as high as 41.3%.(2)Compared with the surviving fetus, the differences inthe loss of the fetus which was associated with a PL? low complement, lupus activity,anti-ds DNA,lupus nephritis and the P value was < 0.05,werestatistically significant.(3)The loss of fetal of new lupus wasas high as 90%.Among them, lupus activity, low complement, proteinria, lupus nephritis compared with previous lupus patients are more common. The differences,P values < 0.05,were statistically significant,(4)Among36 cases of pre-pregnancy activity group, the foetal loss rate was 53%.What's more,78 cases were stable in pre-pregnancy,in which the fetal loss rate was 26%,which P value was < 0.05,and the differencewere statistically significant. Conclusion 1.The clinical outcome of pregnancy with systemic lupus erythematosus is poor.2.The fetal of new lupus in pregnancy and the activity of the pre-pregnancy SLE are closely related to the activity of disease and loss of the fetus.
