Objectives. To study the disease activity, fetal outcomes, pregnancy outcomes, and fetal influences of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus during pregnancy.Methods.With a retrospective study method,we collect and analyze 90 cases completed clinical data of patients diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus with pregnancy from January 2000 to December 2016 in Ningxia Medical Uniwersity General Hospital.According to whether patients were treated with interventional treatment and condition contronl before pregnancy,50 patients in interventional pregnancy group and 40 patients in non-intervention pregnancy group were made to compare the SLE disease activity, fetal outcomes, pregnancy outcomes, and fetal influences of patients with aystemic lupus erythematosus between the two groups of patients during pregnancy.Results.There are 90 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus with pregnancy in the study. The outcome of 50 patients in interventional pregnancy group and 40 patients in non-intervention pregnancy group as followed:1.new hair rash, hair loss, kidney disease, thrombocytopenia, proteinuria, hematuria, tubular urine of non-interventional pregnancy group are more common than that of interventional pregnancy group(?2=13.781,P=0.00;?2=6.492,P=0.011;?2=21.78,P=0.00;?2= 4.546,P=0.034;?2=15.62,P=0.00;?2=9.778,P=0.02;?2=7.056,P=0.008;?2=23.04,P=0.00).2.The age and duration of non-interventional pregnancy group were less than that of interventional pregnancy group(t=-3.605,P=0.001;Z=-5.671,P=0.00),the difference was statistically significant.3.In the non-interventional pregnancy group, the rate of premature birth was lower than that of the interventional pregnancy group(?2=10.281,P=0.01);the failure rate of the non-intervention group was higher than that of the interventional pregnancy group(?2=11.866,P=0.01),which was mainly in the fetal loss rate, abortion rate was significantly higher than interventional pregnancy group(?2=10.281,P=0.01;?2=6.502,P=0.011).4.In the non-interventional pregnancy group, oligohydramnios, amniotic fluid pollution, low birth weight children, fetal distress are higher than that of interventional pregnancy group(?2=10.029,P=0.02;?2=6.268,P=0.013;?2=12.375,P=0.00;?2=9.851,P=0.02).5.In non-interventional pregnancy group,ESR increased,ds-DNA titer are higher than that of interventional pregnancy group(?2=13.528,P=0.00;?2=12.505,P=0.00);however,complement C3 levels are lower than that of interventional pregnancy group(?2=6.019,P=0.015).The ds-DNA titer of patients with SLE who were failure in pregnancy was arehigher than that of patients with SLE who were successful in pregnancy(?2=9.359,P=0.002),and the level of complement C3 was lower than that of patients patients with SLE who were successful in pregnancy(?2=3.992,P=0.047).Anti-cardiolipin antibody and thrombocytopenia were more than that of patients with SLE who were successful in pregnancy(?2=25.722,P=0.00;?2=9.097,P=0.003).Conclusion.1.Pregnancy can make patients with SLE recurrence or deterioration of the disease. In early pregnancy new hair rash, red blood cells, hemoglobin decreased are more common, however, kidney disease is the most common in middle and late pregnancy.2.The bad pregnancy outcome, fetal outcomes of patients with systemic lupus erythematosusmore common during pregnancy.3.SLE disease stability before pregnancy can reduce the risk of the bad pregnancy outcome, fetal outcomes.
