Objective(1)To investigate the advantages of sequential treatment of patients with deep electric burns compared with vacuum sealing drainage to attract granulation skin grafting and early VSD combined with tissue flap.(2)To investigate the effect of flap types on the treatment of deep electric burn wounds with sequential VSD combined with tissue flapMethodsFrom April 2013 to April 2017,40 patients with deep electric burns treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment methods.Twenty patients in the treatment group were treated with Early VSD combined with flap treatment of deep electric burn wounds,the control group of 20 patients,the use of wounds VSD invasive granulation grafting skin grafting treatment,A follow-up was conducted in the near future(before the wound was stitched)and in the long-term(six months after discharge).On the one hand we analysis the healing time of patients with deep electric burn treated with VSD combined with VSD-Length of stay,cost of treatment and scar index differences.on the other hand we compare the effect of flap type on wound healing time,hospitalization time,treatment cost and scar index of patients in the early VSD group.Results(1)Comparing between the treatment group and the control group,the mean healing time of VSD and tissue flap was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.411,P=0.021).the average hospital stay of VSD and tissue flap was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(T =-2.102,P = 0.046).the average cost of hospitalization in the early VSD and tissue flap was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.102,P=0.002).the scar index of early VSD and tissue flap group was smaller than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t =-2.449,P = 0.019).(2)Comparing within the treatment group,the flap type had no effect on the wound healing time,hospitalization time,treatment cost and scar index of patients,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Early sequential VSD combined flap treatment of deep electric burn wounds compared with simple wound dressing VSD to attract granulation skin grafting,sequential treatment of local skin scarring,good elasticity,reduce the deep tendon and other tissues of the sticky chain and can maximize the recovery of electricity The appearance and function of the burn site is an effective repair method for deep electric burn.The efficacy is significantly better than the use of a simple wound to expand VSD granulation wound grafting patients.(2)Early VSD combined flap treatment is an important means of deep electric burn wounds.The rational flap design is of great significance for early healing and subsequent functional recovery of different deep electric burn wounds.Therefore,it is necessary to design an effective skin Flap type to properly cover the wound,we can find through the study,the different types of flaps have no effect on the treatment of electric burn wounds.
