Bcakgroud The treatment of end-stage renal disease mainly includes hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplantation.Due to the limited renal source, there are relatively few kidney transplant patients, hemodialysis patients need long-term treatment in the hospital, because hemodialysis rely on hemodialysis machines and peritoneal dialysis uses the body's own peritoneum as a dialysis membrane for dialysis and is the primary renal replacement therapy for uremic patients at home alone and with ease of handling One of the ways.Congestive heart failure has been a common complication of peritoneal dialysis. The current data show that there are over 272,000 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis in the worldwide, accounting for about 11% of the global dialysis population. The current rate of dialysis in different countries and regions, the difference is very large.PThe dialysis rate of uremia in Hong Kong is as high as 79.4%.Studies have shown that automated peritoneal dialysis can rapidly ultrafiltration in the short term,to alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, protect patients with heart function and residual renal function. This article is a single-center retrospective study to analyze the therapeutic effect of different treatment modalities on congestive heart failure and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment and prevention of congestive heart failure? Thus, the survival rate and quality of survival were improved effectively. Objective Analysis of peritoneal dialysis combined with congestive heart failure in different modes of renal replacement therapy evaluation of the prognosis and prognosis of the initial judge. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 70 patients with ESRD in Anhui Province Hospital undergoing CAPD treatment following PD catheterization from January 2007 to December 2014.The frequent PD-related peritonitis was defined by two or more onsets in one year, and the patients with only one onset served as the control group. The demographic characteristics, clinical and laboratory data of the two groups were compared and the risk factors of frequent PD-related peritonitis were analyzed. Results A total of 120 cases of uremic patients with congestive heart failure, the observation group of 40 cases of automated peritoneal dialysis group, the same period the control group ambulatory continuous peritoneal dialysis in 40 cases and hemodialysis 40 cases as control group, observation group and control group admission When albumin, hemoglobin, mean arterial pressure and urea clearance index no significant difference. After treatment, the total remission rate of the APD group,CAPD group and HD group was 91.7%,71.7% and 76.0%,respectively.The comparison between the APD group and the HD group and the CAPD group was statistically significant,P<0.05;Differences in MAP variation, weight change,nt-probnp change, left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac index, left ventricular wall thickness and control group were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical remission rate of APD in the treatment of uremia combined with CHF is significantly better than that of HD and CAPD,and short-term cardiac function is better than HD and CAPD,which may improve the prognosis of patients.
