Effect Of Probiotics Pre-treatment Combinated Quadruple Therapy In The Eradication Of Helicobacter Pylori

Objective:TO explore the effect of probiotics pre-treatment combinated with quadruple therapy in the eradication of helicobacter pylori and whether it can reduce the use of antibiotic.Methods:127 cases of HP positive with gastric mucosal atrophy and/or intestinal metaplasia from December 2016 to July 2017 were collected and randomly divided into three groups.Subject inclusion criteria:(1)The one who was HP positivethrouth Carbon 14 urea experiment;(2)The one who was gastric mucosal atrophy and/or intestinal metaplasia throuth gastroscop;Exclusion criteria:(1)The one who hadfunction deficiency in heart?brain?lung?liver?kidney and autoimmune.(2)allergic to the drug in this experiment.(3)the one who had been a history of eradication ofhp.(3)the one who is pregnant Or lactating women.(4)the one who was took the medicine which could play a part in the eradicatin of HP before takingtreatment.Group A were received standard quadruple therapy for two weeks,including:Bismuth Potassium Citrate(220mg bid)+Omeprazole(20mgbid)+Clarithromycin(0.5g bid)+Furazolidone Table(0.1g bid).Group B were pre-treated with probiotics for two weeks,then received standard quadruple therapy for twoweeks,while group C were pre-treated with probiotics for two weeks,then received standard quadruple therapy for one week.The incidence of adverse reactions anderadication rate of helicobacter pylori among the three groups were compared.After 4weeks receiving Carbon 14 urea experiment again when thereceiver who stopped taking the drugs,to comfirm the result.at the sametime,followwing up visits who had unhealthy after taking the drug in the experiment by telephone.and to analyze the result by means of SPSS 16.0.Including X~2?LSD-T etal and to compared with a,a=0.05.Results:The Hp eradication rate was 85.71%in group A,the eradication rate was95.35%in group B,and the eradication rate 78.57%in group C.We can see that the Hp eradication rate was better in group B than group A,group B was higher than group C.At the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions was 30.95%in group A,the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.30%in group B the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.71%in group C.We can come to a conclusion that the incidence of adverse reactions in group B and group C was evidently lower than that of group.Conclusion:The probiotics pre-treatment combinated quadruple therapy can increase the rate of eradication in numerically,without statistical significance,but it shows lower rate of adverse events.In addition,probiotics can not reduce the use of antibiotic when combinated with quadruple therapy.
