Observe The Application Of Occlusal Analysis System In The Finishing Stages Of Orthodontic Treatment

Objective:The arm of the study was to observe the application of occlusal analysis system in the finishing stages of orthodontic treatment.Methods:20 cases of orthodontic patients who had missing teeth and were treated in the finishing stages were selected.Quantitative occlusal analysis using the occlusal analysis system was performed on 20 patients at the start of finishing stages(T1)followed by a detailed finishing phase of 3 months.Another scan was taken after debonding(T2).The parameters included Total occlusion force(TOF)?Total contact area(TCA)?Asymmetry index of occlusion force(AOF)?Left\Right occlusion force(LOF\ROF)?The location of Centre of force(COF).SPSS21.0 was utilized to process and analyze the date.If the data satisfied the normal distribution,the comparison between the two groups utilized paired t-test.If the data did not satisfy the normal distribution,the rank sum test was used.The level of significance was set at P<0.05.Result:1.TOF?TCA?LOF?ROF in the T2 stage was higher than the T1 stage;AOF in the T2 stage was less than the T1 stage;The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The location of COF in the T2 stage was better than the T1 stage,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The difference of ROF between T1 stage and T2 stage was less than LOF,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Assessment of the labial,lingual,mesial,and distal relationship of the teeth may be insufficient,and it requires correct analysis in the vertical plane.2.Occlusal analysis system is an effective,easy-to-use tool for identifying occlusal variabilities in the vertical plane.3.The application of occlusal analysis system in the finishing stages of orthodontic treatment is helpful for orthodontists to get detailed finishing and settling,achieve a functionally balanced occlusion,improve orthodontic effect,establish a long-term and stable occlusal relationship.
