Clinical Effect Of Yishen Jie Yu Fang On Depression Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression After Stroke

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Jie Yu Fang on patients with depression after kidney deficiency and liver depression,and to provide clinical reference for the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:80 patients with post-stroke depression were divided into 40 cases in the treatment group and the control group,according to the inclusion criteria.The two groups were treated with basic treatment,the control group was given oral Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules,and the treatment group was treated with Yishen Jie Yu Fang on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The changes of HAMD,MESSS and BI scores of two groups before and 4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment were observed,and two groups of patients were evaluated for clinical efficacy.Results:(1)comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.44%,the total effective rate of the control group was 78.37%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)HAMD score comparison: after treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups showed a downward trend,compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);compared with the control group,the HAMD score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)MESSS score comparison: after treatment,the MESSS scores of the two groups showed a downward trend,compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);compared with the control group,the MESSS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)BI score comparison: after treatment,the BI scores of the two groups showed an upward trend.Before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the BI score in the treatment group increased more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Safety comparison: there was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients during the trial period(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Yishen Jieyu Decoction can reduce the degree of depression in patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,promote recovery of neurological function and improve daily life ability of patients,and is safe.
