Study On Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Proteomics On Severe Exacerbation Of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective: To study the regularities and influence factors of TCM constitution in severe exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B by forward-loo king,multi-geographical and multi-ethnic epidemiological survey.To form ulate a scheme of constitution-correct and provide reference for realize t he goal in decreasing the morbidity and mortality rates of severe hepati tis/liver failure.To analyze the potential potential relationship between di fferential protein and severe exacerbation of CHB by proteomics study.Associated protein were finded to establish experimental basis for the f urther researching.Methods: We made questionnaires by decision criterion of TCM c onstitution.There were 1040 patients with certain diagnostic standard cho sed to investigate and in TCM constitution type and regularities of distr ibution from March 2017 to February 2018 in eight cooperation hospita ls.We statistics the development of outcome in one year and formulate a scheme of constitution-correct.serum specimen of 9 in different patie nts were choosed to proteomics study.Results: 1.The types of TCM constitution in four types of disease s were ordered from multiple to lessin with dampness-heat constitution,s tatic-blood constitution,phlegm dampness group,Qi-stagnation constitution,Qi-insufficiency constitution,Yin-insufficiency constitution,Yang-insufficien cy constitution,special intrinsic quality.2.The types of TCM constitution in severe exacerbation of CHB were ordered from multiple to lessin with static-blood constitution,damp ness-heat constitution,phlegm dampness group,Qi-stagnation constitution,Q i-insufficiency constitution,Yin-insufficiency constitution,Yang-insufficienc y constitution,special intrinsic quality.3.The nine types of constitution in severe exacerbation of CHB w ere overall not all equal distribution.It were biased in the nine types of constitution between the Han nationality and Ethnic minorities(Zhuang n ationality and Yao nationality).There were no significant difference in g entle constitution,Qi-insufficiency constitution,Yang-insufficiency constitut ion,Yin-insufficiency constitution,Qi-stagnation constitution and special in trinsic quality while dampness-heat constitution,static-blood constitution a nd phlegm dampness group were major component in the Ethnic minori ties than the Han nationality.4.In mild chronic hepatitis B,outcome of severe exacerbation of C HB gave priority to static-blood constitution,dampness-heat constitution,Yin-insufficiency constitution and Qi-stagnation constitution.5.In hepatitis B cirrhosis and severe exacerbation of CHB,outcome of liver failure gave priority to static-blood constitution and dampnessheat constitution.6.The expression quantity of protein CD44,FBLN1,HSPG2,SHBG a nd TNXB was the highest in liver failure and the second was severe e xacerbation of CHB.Conclusions: 1.The TCM constitution were majority dampness-hea t constitution,static-blood constitution,phlegm dampness group,Qi-stagnati on constitution about severe exacerbation of CHB in parts of Guangxi.2.In mild chronic hepatitis B,outcome of severe exacerbation of CHB gave priority to static-blood constitution,dampness-heat constitution,Yin-insufficiency constitution and Qi-stagnation constitution.In hepatitis B cirrhosis and severe exacerbation of CHB,outcome of liver failure ga ve priority to static-blood constitution and dampness-heat constitution.3.The protein CD4,FBLN1,HSPG2,SHBG and TNXB those express ion was highest in static-blood constitution of severe exacerbation of C HB and liver failure while dampness-heat constitution was lower.There was no statistical difference in normal group.This may reveal the correl ation between severe exacerbation of CHB and protein,as an indicator of the prognosis of the disease.
