Qingrequshi Decoction Combined With White Ointment Clinical Study Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective: Through the observation of qingrequshi decoction combined with white plaster in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis related laboratory examination results of clinical symptoms and signs,and the side effects of drugs,so as to explore the clinical efficacy and safety,and provide clinical basis for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods: From 2016 January to 2017 December in the Department of Rheumatology Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of TCM affiliated outpatient and inpatient 80 shireyunjiexing acute gouty arthritis patients in the ward patients,using the random number table method were divided into treatment group(basic treatment,Meloxicam Tablets,Lansoprazole Capsules,qingrequshi soup and white ointment)and the control group(basic treatment,Meloxicam Tablets,Lansoprazole Capsules)40 cases,of which the process in the treatment of 3 cases of the control group due to failure to study oral Meloxicam Tablets out of the study,2 patients in the treatment group because of poor sense of Chinese export and halfway up traditional Chinese medicine treatment,37 cases of control group were included in the final analysis,the treatment group of 38 cases,two groups were treated 7 days.The two groups were on the zeroth,third,seventh day evaluation of TCM syndromes in seventh days,evaluate the curative effect of TCM Syndromes of two groups,on the zeroth,seventh day of the visual analogue score,on the zeroth,seventh day of blood erythrocyte sedimentation rate,Creactive protein,uric acid,triglycerides,total cholesterol related indicators of disease and blood and urine routine,stool routine,liver function of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase,blood urea nitrogen and kidney the function and serum creatinine,electrocardiogram safety related indicators.The two groups recorded the time of pain relief,and observed the life signs and adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment.Results:(1)Compared with two groups of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the control group was 78.38%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 89.47%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Between the two groups of TCM syndrome integral,third,seventh days after the treatment,TCM syndrome score level in the two groups compared with before treatment decreased significantly(P<0.01);third,seventh days of TCM syndrome score between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(3)Compared with the two groups of VAS,the VAS of the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The two groups of joint pain relief time compared,the treatment group decreased faster,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).(5)Comparison of two groups of ESR,CRP,UA,TC,TG index,after treatment,two groups of ESR,CRP,UA,TC and TG were decreased than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01);and after treatment between the two groups of ESR,CRP,UA,TC TG,comparison,treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion(s): Comparison with simple use of Western Medicine,external application of Qingrequshi decoction combined with white ointment in treating acute gouty arthritis with damp heat accumulation has significant clinical efficacy,can improve the symptoms and signs of the patient more effectively,can better improve ESR,CRP,UA,TG and TC disease related indicators,and has less toxic and side effects.It's safer and more reliable.
