Effects Of YiganFang Combined With Cyberknife On Serum AFP And VEGF Levels In Patients With Advanced Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective:To evalute the efficacy and safety of YiganFang joint Cyberk-nife in treatment of advanced hepatic carcinoma by observing clinical effect and adverse reaction and analyzing the effects of YiganFang on serum AFP a-nd VEGF levels,to seek the beast way to treatment of advanced liver cancer.Method:With the principle of prospective randomized,would meet the e-ntry conditions set of 50patients with advanced hepatic carcinoma are divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases in each group.Control group treated with simple Cyberknife,then the treatment group add YiganFang.Obs-erve two groups of the changes in the levels of serum AFP and VEGF,Karno-fsky score,clinical symptoms,the recent curative effect and adverse reactions.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of serum AFP and VEGF levels:after two month,the two groups of serum AFP and VEGF levels lower than before treatment.By comparison within the two groups,before and after two month of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was significant di-fference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of two groups of sy-mptoms after treatment:After treatment,symptoms total improvement rate of 95.8%in the treatment group,control group was 83.3%,there was significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).(4)The Karnofsky score:The twogroups of Karnofsky score after treatment wre increased than before treatment,there was significant difference between the two group(P<0.05),by comparis-on within the two groups before and after treatment,both groups improved ka-rnofsky score after treatment than before treatment,two groups before and aft-er treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)(5)the recent response rates of comparision:the recent response rates of the treatment groups and the cont-rol group were 87.5%and 75.0%,the recent response rates in the treatment gr-oup was slightly higher than the control group,but the difference was not stati-stically significant(P>0.05).(6)The incidence of adverse reactions:after two month treatment,the disgestive tract reaction rate of 20.8%in the treatment gr-oup,control group was 54.2%,there was significant difference between the tw-o group(P<0.05).function of bone marrow suppression,incidence of 33.3%in the treatment group,control group was 45.8%,the difference was not statistica-lly significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The YiganFang combined with Cyberknife therapy can re-duce the levels of serum AFP and VEGF,improve the patients' clinical sympt-oms,improve quality of life and reduce adverse reaction after the treatment of Cyberknife in patients with advanced hepatic carcinoma,It is an effective,safe,and comprehensive treatment method with the value,and its long-term effect remains to be seen.
