Purpose This article takes a tertiary hospital in Wujiang District as an example to understand the health status of infants under 36 months of age who take health examination in a child health clinic.Through analyzing the factors affecting the health of infants and children,it emphasizes the importance of infant and child health and try to improve the health of infants and young children.It discusses related measures that can improve the health status of infants and young children and provides a scientific basis for formulating programs to promote the health of infants and young children.Method According to the situation in Wujiang District,the survey respondents selected infants aged 0 to 36 months who had undergone a physical examination at a tertiary hospital in Wujiang District from 2014 to 2016.The results of the physical examination report were calculated according to the 2014,2015,and 2016 years.Statistical analysis was conducted on the gender,household registration,and monthly age data of infants and children who were found to be obese,anemic,and malnourished.Result The three-year detection rate of obese children from 2014 to 2016 was 6.2%,5.6%,and 5.2%,.The three-year detection rate of children with anemia was 8.1%,5.1% and 9.3%,.The three-year detection rate of children with malnutrition was 2.2%,2.6%,and 3.1%.The obesity detection rate of baby boys in Wujiang District was higher than that of baby girls in 2014-2016;the obesity detection rate in local and foreign provinces was lower than that in the province's other cities in 2014,and the local rate was lower than that in the province's other cities in 2015-2016.In 2014 the detection rate of obesity among infants and young children aged 0-12 months was higher than that aged 12-24 months.The rate of obesity detection at 13-24 months of age and 25-36 months of age between 2015 and 2016 is lower than 0-12 months of age.There was no difference in the detection rate of anemia in Wujiang in 2014.The detection rate of anaemia among baby boys is greater than that of female infants in 2015 and 2016.In 2014 the local rate was lower than that of other provinces.In 2015 the local detection rate was lower than that of other cities in this province.The rate of other cities in the province were lower than that of other provinces.In 2015,there is no difference between the rate of other cities in the province and that of other provinces,both two rates are higher than that in local.The detection rate of anaemia between 13-24 months of age and 25-36 months of age in 2014 and 2016 was lower than 0-12 months.It was gradually decreasing in 2015,and the detection rate of anaemia was the highest at 0-12 months.The lowest rate was at 24-36 months.There was no difference in the detection rate of malnutrition between male and female infants in Wujiang in 2014.The detection rate of malnutrition among boys was higher than that of girls in 2015 and 2016.In 2014,the rates of local and other cities in this province were higher than that in other provinces.In 2015,the rates of local and other cities in this province were lower than that in other provinces.There was no difference in 2016,outside the province,or in other provinces;between 2014 and 2016,there was no difference in the detection rate of malnutrition between 13-24 months of age and 25-36 months of age,which were both lower than 0-12 months.Conclusion The rate of detection of obesity,anemia and malnutrition boys in Wujiang was higher than that of the girls in 2014-2016(except for the detection rate of anemia and malnutrition in 2014).The detection rate of 0-12 months was higher than that of 13-24 months and 25-36 months.The household registration difference is not obvious.Compared with the detection rates of obesity,anemia,and malnutrition in other cities,relevant measures and policies in Wujiang still need to be further improved..
