The Curative Research Of DieDaCuYu Granules Treating On The Distal Radius Fracture Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Purpose: By comparing the clinical effect between JieGuQiLi Capsule with DieDaCuYu Granules in the treatment of distal radius fractures,we can verify the therapeutic effect of the drug on relieving swelling and pain,promoting fracture healing and promoting joint function recovery,so as to popularize the use of the drug.Method:44 cases appropriate cases were collected from January 2007 to January2018 and numbered according to the order of admission.They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table.All the patients were treated with manual reduction and splint fixtiong by the same experimental personnel,and took DieDaCuYu Granules and JieGuQiLi Capsule for 4 weeks respectively.They were reviewed regularly after manual reduction.The efficacy of the two groups were evaluated from four aspects,including pain VAS score,swelling index score,callus score and wrist joint function.Result: 1.In terms of pain relief,two groups of VAS scores were statistically different on the second,fourth,sixth days(P < 0.05),which point out that the treatment group was better than the control group;there was no significant difference between two groups on the day and the fourteenth days after manual reduction(P > 0.05).2.In terms of Swelling elimination,two groups of swelling index had statistical difference on the second,fourth,sixth days(P < 0.05),the treatment group being superior to the control group.There were no significant difference between the two groups on the day and the fourteenth days after manual reduction(P > 0.05).3.In terms of fracture healing,there were no significant difference between the two groups of callus score on third,sixth,ninth weeks(P < 0.05).4.In terms of joint function recovery,the difference of joint function between the two groups in the sixth week was of statistically significantion(P < 0.05),the wrist joint function in the treatment group being superior to the control group;Joint function of two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: DieDaCuYu Granules is better to reduce the swelling and pain in theearly stage patients with distal radius fractures than JieGuQi Li Capsule,which is beneficial to the early functional exercise of the patients and promote the recovery of wrist function..It also has a similar effect on promoting callus growth with JieGuQiLi Capsule.With the characteristic of cheap,simple making,a remarkble curative effect,this drug can be used in clinical practice.
