Objective: Preeclampsia(PE)is one of the severe pregnancy-induced hypertension disease, often accompanied by maternal multisystem damage and adverse pregnancy outcomes,it can't be prevented. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the clinical data of patients with preeclampsia and index changes of routine blood, renal function, blood lipids. And analyze the related pathogenic factors of PE.Method:Grouping pregnant women in the Obstetrics Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in October 2014-January 2018,experimental group severe preeclampsia group,148 cases of pregnant women(group A);mild preeclampsia group,84 cases of pregnant women(group B),control group randomly with hospitalization period of normal pregnant women eutocia,150 cases(group C)were analyzed.SPSS24.0 was used for single factor variance analysis, rank sum test and Pearson correlation coefficient test. Results: 1.Compared with group A,group B and group C,there was a statistically significant difference in BMI before pregnancy and weight gain during pregnancy(p < 0.05).2.Blood routine test: there was a statistically significant difference in HB,HCT and PLT.3.Renal function test: the difference of Cys C,UA,Ccr and ALB was statistically significant(p < 0.05).4.Blood lipid test: the difference of TG and Hcy was statistically significant(p < 0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between Chol,HDLC,LDLC,LDLC/HDLC(p>0 0.05).Pearson correlation test,Cys C,ALB,Hcy and LDLC/HDLC were correlated.Conclusion:1.The onset of preeclampsia is associated with pregnancy BMI,high BMI in progestation can increase the risk of preeclampsia,if pregnancy weight in a short period of time has increased dramatically,it would greatly increase the risk for preeclampsia;2.HB and HCT in maternal blood of pre-eclampsia will increase, and the PLT decrease in patients with severe preeclampsia.Continuous monitoring of maternal blood routine during pregnancy may predict the occurrence of preeclampsia.3.Cys C and uric acid can evaluate the early renal injury and injury degree of the mother in preeclampsia, and the higher the Cys C value, the heavier the renal injury; The higher uric acid value in maternal blood of preeclampsia may indicate that the prognosis of maternal and infant is worse, and serum albumin combined with the above indicators may be able to evaluate the severity of the disease.4.The occurrence of preeclampsia is related to blood lipids, the abnormal increase of triglycerides, the increase of LDLC and the decrease of HDLC may have a predictive effect on preeclampsia; The abnormal increase of Hcy was correlated with preeclampsia, but it is necessary to further study on causal relationship.5.Correlation between Cys C,ALB,Hcy and LDLC/HDLC may indicate the correlation between these four test values and vascular endothelial injury.
