Background : Gait analysis(gait analysis)is a study of human motion analysis techniques on foot,obtaining gait parameters by instruments,studying human-walking-mechanism,aiming to study the inherent law of walking.Gait analysis includes the measurement,calculation,analysis and interpretation of gait parameters,according to which evaluating is made on the walking ability of the subjects.The gait is mainly achieved through the swing of the hip,knee and ankle,and the function of musculoskeletal and even nervous system can be assessed by the acquisition and quantitative analysis of gait information.Now gait analysis as a biomechanical study method is more and more popular among the clinicians,gradually applied to sports rehabilitation medicine,and even used for diagnosis and evaluation of the disease whose main symptoms is gait-damage.However,there are no gait parameters of healthy population,which can not form the standard for diagnosis and evaluation of pathological gait.At present,the researchers mainly use the three-dimensional gait analyzer to analyze gait from kinematics and other aspects to obtain gait parameters.However,due to the strict requirements of the three-dimensional gait analysis on the instrument and test environment,the gait analysis cound not be widely used in clinical practice.Objective:This research through the use of portable gait analyzer to measure different age,gender,height,weight of normal gait parameters,analyze the related factors influencing the gait,categorizing gait parameters,analyze the related factors,the gait parameters and forming the diagnosis and evaluation of pathological gait referenceindex.Methods:A portable gait analyzer designed by Dalian University of Technology was used for gait detection and analysis in the selection of normal people of different age and gender in the spinal surgery department of the First Affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University.T test was used to compare the differences in gait parameters of different age,gender and body mass index,and the Person correlation analysis was used for statistical analysis.Results:The height and pace,stride length,clearance,maximum circular motion of the foot,the maximum dorsal Angle of the foot presented a positive correlation,which was negatively correlated with the maximum Angle of the foot.Weight and clearance showed a low positive correlation and no obvious correlation with other gait parameters.There was no significant correlation between body mass index and gait parameters.There were significant differences between age and pace/height,gait cycle,support phase,stride length,and maximum dorsal flexion(P<0.05).There were significant differences between gender and gait cycle,oscillating phase time,maximum annular motion and clearance(P<0.05).The oscillating phase,gait period,maximum circular motion and clearance of male group were greater than that of female group.Pace with sufficient support,full swing phase time,foot,foot step length,support gait cycle phase percentage,full swing percentage,foot clearance,foot maximum circular motion,foot plantar curved horns,and the dazu county dorsiflexion Angle significantly related.Conclusion:(1).Height is the related factor of step speed,stride length,clearance,maximum circular motion of the foot,maximum dorsal Angle of the foot and the maximum metatarsal Angle.(2).Lower limb motor function parameters of time and space(foot support phase time,full swing phase time,foot,foot step length,support gait cycle phase percentage,full swing percentage)and lower limb joint activity(foot clearance,foot maximum circular motion,foot plantar curved horns,and the dazu county dorsiflexion Angle)is closely related to age.(3)the gender difference was significantly different from that of gait cycle,oscillating phase time,maximum circular motion and clearance.(4).The pace is related to the gait space-time parameters and themotion degree of the lower limbs.(5)portable gait analyzer is convenient and fast.In the future,it can be the most convenient evaluation method for the evaluation of cervical spondylosis.
