Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the predictive indicators of occurrence for AF in hypertensive patients.Method : A total of 115 patients were enrolled into the study with 26 cases in hypertension without AF group(hypertension group),58 cases in hypertension with paroxysmal AF group(pa AF group)and 31 cases in hypertension with persistent AF group(pe AF group). And we collected and recorded patients' data, including gender, age, body mass index BMI,the hypertension level and it's dangerous degree, history and symptom of AF,the CHADS-VASC,the NT-pro BNP,6-minute walking test,LVEF,LVDD,LAD,E/A ratio,E/e 'ratio, combining with patients' medical history so as to calculated HATCH score about the progress of AF in patients, and CAAP-AF score about recurrence of AF,compared the cardiac diastolic function of difference groups;and calculated correlation between the index of diastolic function and HATCH score or CAAP-AF score.Result : 1.The comparision of each groups and subgroups about are gender, age, alcohol consumption, smoking,BMI,hypertension grade and hypertension risk level, without the statistic significance(P > 0.05).2.According to the 6-minute walking test(P=0.018),NT-pro BNP(P=0.022),LVEF(P=0.036),LVDD(P=0.033),LAD(P<0.001),E/e 'ratio(P=0.004),there were significant differences between hypertension group and hypertension combined AF group.According to the 6-minute walking test(P<0.001),NT-pro BNP(P=0.012),LVDD(P=0.025),LAD(P<0.001),E/e 'ratio(P=0.017),there were significant differences between paroxysmal AF group and persistent AF.3.The HATCH score(P<0.001)and CAAP-AF score(P<0.001)were significantly lower in the paroxysmal AF group compared to persistent AF group.4.There was a negative correlation between 6-minute walking test distance and HATCH score(correlation coefficient of-0.58),NT-pro BNP(correlation coefficient of 0.31),LVDD(correlation coefficients 0.34),LAD(correlation coefficient of 0.59),E/e 'ratio(correlation coefficients 0.64)had positive correlation with HATCH scores. There was a negative correlation between 6-minute walking test distance and CAAP-AF score(correlation coefficient of-0.63),NT-pro BNP(correlation coefficient of 0.31),LVDD(correlation coefficients 0.30),LAD(correlation coefficient of 0.67),E/e 'ratio(correlation coefficients 0.49)had positive correlation with CAAP-AF scores. Conclusion : 1.Cardiac diastolic dysfunction of hypertension combined AF was worse than that of patients with simple hypertension.Furthermore,Cardiac diastolic function of patients with hypertension combined with persistent AF was worse than that of patients with paroxysmal AF,it indicated that Cardiac diastolic dysfunction may be the predictive factor for new occurrence of hypertension AF or from paroxysmal AF to persistent AF.2.HATCH score is related to various indicators of cardiac diastolic function, and to some degree cardiac diastolic dysfunction may reflect the progress of AF.CAAP-AF score is associated with multiple cardiac diastolic functions, and cardiac diastolic function may provide a reference for evaluating the recurrence of cardiac radiofrequency ablation.
